This washing machine has been great so far! It’s very efficient and has a large capacity! It gets the job done the clothes are very clean when the cycle is done. I like the deep fill feature. The clear see-through cover is a great feature to make sure everything’s going correctly in there!

I always heard that LG is the best, so I was little worrying when buying this product instead. I still bought it since the washer got more features. So far for the last 4 months, I am very satisfied with the quality. Washing quality, power, quietness, easy to use, and features. I recommend.

We absolutely love our washer. It can hold larger loads than our previous washer and deep cleans like no other.

So far so good. It has a large tub and can easily fit a large number of clothes and bedding. Lots of choices depending on the items being washed. Quiet and efficient.

I have had this washer for a week . I have done 2 to 3 loads a day, it is quite only hear it when in the room with it. Cleans the clothes does not eat them, the last machine I had would take chuncks out of the clothes. I like having the choice on how much water to use.

I love the different setting options available on the Samsung washers. The active water button is so great, it's like having a little water tap when you need it. The large capacity of the drum is wonderful. Definitely an efficient washer.

Purchased this unit to be able to handle large comforters and blankets. does a wonderful job no matter load size, couldn’t be more pleased

Love the capacity, but dear God the cycles are endless unless you choose “quick wash” and that’s around 50 minutes. Over an hour and a half plus for a wash cycle is crazy business. Important to note that this is my second washer of this exact kind; had the first one for 4 days and it stopped draining (of course I had it filled with towels that needed to be taken out, squeezed, and rewashed at my neighbor’s house). Called Best Buy for an exchange and after 2.5 hours on hold (I am not exaggerating), my request for an exchange was made and the new washer came a week later, but not after I had to make 20 trips with a bucket filled with water to my bathroom to empty the original, non-draining washer so it could be removed.

This Samsung 5.0 Cu.Ft. 10 Cycle Top Loading Washer is perfect for queen sized bedding, and large loads of laundry. It's super efficient with it's water use, and the feature I love the most is the built in water faucet, as I do not have a wash sink in my laundry room. So I can pre-treat things so easily!

Replaced a frontload washer. Very quiet, large capacity, all around excellent machine.

Really like that it is very spacious and pretty quiet. I really hate the lock feature, 'cause I like to be able to keep the lid open while I load and the water is running, but this machine won't run the water unless the lid is closed and locked.

I picked this up when it was on sale around 4th of July and the price was well below what I could find at my local stores. In fact the price was just a little more than the baseline, old-school, traditional washers for sale, whcih made the upgrade a no brainer. So far it has proven to be an outstanding upgrade over my old school washer. So far this machine has handled everything we have thrown at it and I couldn't be happier. Outwardly, the washer has many features in common with most current models from all manufacturers. I don't need a washing machine that looks like art deco architecture or a 1950's luxury car, and the basic white body and silver accents are fine. I am not totally sure the purpose of the window-lid, with the cat does seem to enjoy watching it spin. As I have a private well and not city water, it's hard to gauge if this washer uses less water than our old washer, but it is quieter and does not shake like the old one did from day one when it spins out. I like that there is an easy to read digital timer on the display so I can tell very quickly if I should wait a few minutes to unload before going off to do something else. My favorite design feature is the elimination of the "agitator" from the drum which makes loading/unloading easier, and eliminates the possibility of (usually delicate) things from getting tangled up around it. One other nice thing about this washer is that it is higher but narrower than my old, traditional style washer which means it fits a little better in the closet space set up as the wash room. This washer doesn't have and smart/network features, but I don't need that level of washer management in my life. The available wash options seem to cover anything I might need, and I even like the alert chimes that sound like nostalgic video game midi music rather than an annoying buzzer or beeper.

This washer is a delight to use. The tub is large enough to wash anything I need washing. I wish I had it when all my children were still at home and I had sports uniform to launder. It is quiet and does a great job. A nice change from my old unit.

The washer is great so far. I love how large it is...I can fit so many clothes in it. The wash time is a lot longer though need to get used to it. Delivery was horrible.... I was supposed to get the matching dryer but the guys installing it said there was a problem with the dryer and they needed to send it back. I had to wait a day to schedule a new delivery and then when I did the dryer was on back order until August. Needless to say I ordered the 12 cycle dryer and when it came I immediately noticed the difference in the two machines. The door on the dryer was a black tinted glass while the washer was clear glass which aesthetically bothered me. I ended up placing a black protective tinted sheet on the washer (can easily be peeled off) and I'm ok with it. I also noticed a tiny scratch on the washer a few days ago but it is too tiny to care enough to send back.

We purchased this washer new in-store in Melbourne FL but received an obviously used, and broken unit. The washing machine drum was off balance and would spin itself out of control, violently shaking and refilling itself with water to try and rebalance itself. After many conversations with BB customer support, they agreed to send us a new unit ( delivering it to the wrong address twice ). The new unit is almost silent, has had no hiccups, and washes a ton of laundry beautifully. We’ve used powder and liquid detergent with no issues. My only minor quip is that it takes quite a bit of time to wash a load, average is about 1.5 hours.

I would recommend this brand to my family members and all friends of mine for their future in need to purchase a washer for their home. This Samsung washer works so quietly and the clothes really clean. I am very satisfied with the purchase of this machine for my home uses.

Had a really bad experience at Lowe’s and Best Buy came to my rescue. From purchase to delivery the personnel at Best Buy were amazing and understanding of clients needs. My washer was ordered and delivered in a weeks time. It’s quiet and easy to work. I love it!
