Must use deep filll almost with all very small loads or the top of the load never is covered with water. Wish I bought a front load gaffer all this time.

Worst decision ever

Even if you reset the unit and try to do a spin only cycle it completely fills back up with water and does a 30 min cycle to just get unbalanced again. Horrible product.

Dont do it!!!

My clothes do not feel clean unless i do an extra rinse or use the Deep Fill feature which cant be used on a regular cycle so on top of this thing being a water hog, i check it has say 15 minutes left to wash. It will be on 30 minutes when i go to put the clothes in the dryer. This thing is possessed! My water bill has gone up $75 dollars since we bought this crummy thing. It may be well worth it to just put the dam thing on the street. I abhor this piece of garbage.

WORST WASHER ON THE MARKET

I didn't read all the terrible reviews for this washer until it was too late. After only 7 months of having this washer the drum keeps unbalancing and stops 1/2 through a cycle. And the only way to finish the cycle is take all the wet, heavy, sopping clothes out and re start it. Because of the sensor it would not allow us to leave the clothes in. Doesn't matter if it was one face washer, 4 t shirts or a big load of 10 towel it unbalances EVERY ENTIRE TIME!! We had someone come fix it. They said they knew what is wrong with drum and they said they fixed it. The very next load it unbalanced once again. SO we had to wait another month for someone to come look at it. They brought a new part and said they fixed it for the second time. And yes you guessed it they did not fix it. It's been only a year now of owning this washer and it takes us 6 hours to do one load of washing!! 6 HOURS! because it keeps stopping and having to restart it. Now we have to buy another washer and this will go into landfill. Terrible, terrible waste of money, time, and sad that it will go into landfill. It lasted only 7 months. Terrible product and most certainly wont be buying Samsung in the future.

Then the U6 error code pops up. I do the calibrate, it will be good for a while and then back to the same thing. Now, the spin is not working at all 3 years after purchased. That is all a washer has to do, one job, wash the clothers with water! This washer takes minimizing water usage to a whole new level...and its very low. Even the one other choice of "deep fill" is not sufficient for a large load. Samsung's WA44A3405AW DOES give the user choices for water levels and it fills before agitation begins. And the water jet on the 3405 lets you add even more. This model should have offered the same feature.

It shakes with little or medium load i try to balance the clothes out but most of the time it shakes really bad then it stops gives an error message and it leaves the clothes soaked. I know is nothing im doing wrong because at first I recommend this washer to my sister and she bought it to and it is giving her the same problem. I try my best every time i wash to balance the clothes but have be dealing with it all day to get one load done. I don’t have money to buy a new one so im stuck

Great washer for our family of 4!

We liked it enough that we took it with us when we moved to our new house. I especially love the active water jet that’s built in since we’ve never had a sink in our laundry area. The large tub has been extremely handy when it comes to washing our bigger blankets and the kid’s sports gear. There’s also tons of features and options without it being overwhelming or confusing to use. It’s simplistic enough that even our 12 year old can use it by himself.

It does not properly clean clothes, at all . I've notice white residue left on some clothing after washing. It uses less water to wash your clothes but I have noticed that it does not agitate like a regular washing machine with the dual agitator. Takes way too long to wash a comforter, sorry 2 hours is way too long.
