We bought the washer in 2020 and it worked well for about three years. We then began having problems with unbalanced loads. I ordered replacement suspension rods and replaced them myself which seemed to help at first. But the loads are now unbalanced again and in order to keep the washer from filling and draining, filling and draining I now need to stop the washer, remove the heavy, wet clothes and recalibrate the washer with every cycle. Total pain. I hate this washer. So. Much.

Unbalance issues

It’s just getting worse. supposed to be high-efficiency instead I’m wasting lots of water and electricity. I guess because it’s doing nothing. I have to take out half of a small load that’s soaking wet to try to get it to finish its cycle. I’m at the point where I’m just throwing this machine out and never buying a Samsung product again.if you’re in the market for a new wash machine or dryer or any electronic stay away from Samsung it will greatly disappoint you . if you like wasting money and being frustrated by junk product, then Samsung is your brand

Akways unbalanced loads

Worst Machine Ever

Appliance repair guy said that it would cost around $600 to fix. It still looks brand new on the outside. I would stay far away from this machine. Its only 2 of us and we do 2 loads of laundry each per week.

DIDNT EVEN LAST 2 YEARS AND EVEN THAT, THE LAST 8 MONTHS ITS BEEN STRUGGLING TO WASH. it ALWAYS has the "unbalanced" error and keeps retrying it's spin cycle to try to finish. one load could take a whole day.. so we've been taking the soaking wet clothes out and hanging them to dry. its awful. we already had it repaired once and most repair people refuse to fix it because they have constant issues with this washer as well. do yourself a favor and try to avoid the brand as a whole if possible.

Don’t waste your time

I was still making payments on it while having to get it fix. My whole house is Samsung products and half of them are failing us. Moved in to a new house and changed everything to Samsung just to regret it with in 3 years

The last washing machine was 12 years old and no rust at all! To make matters worse I have been on the phone several times and many hours and after customer service setup someone to come out to fix it, they never showed up TWICE! and now tell me that rust is not covered on the warranty?! They will be losing a customer and I will inform as many people as I can that they sell JUNK and dont stand behind it!

Huge disappointment

All clothes come out the same as they went in regardless of whatever stain it is. I’ve tried switching detergents, tried rewashing the garments in different settings and still same results! If you use less water, the clothes at the top don’t even make it to the bottom to “rub” cleans with the other clothes. If you put too much water, it’s like soaking clothes in a filled tub of soap and but not ever scrubbing them. Also water jet stream is always cold water, you can’t adjust that setting so if you thought you could hand wash something in there with soap and warm water, think again! The melody it plays after it’s finished us so annoying and it’s either that it no alerting you when it’s finished the cycle. Thanks Samsung! Oh btw, the “self clean” takes about 3 hours oh and still leaves the inside dirty with soap scum. Glad to know I wasted even more water and electricity and it can’t even clean itself good!
