The normal modes only add about 2 inches of water to the bottom and very often leave items fully dry at the end of the cycle. To get any resemblance of clean, you MUST use the 'deep fill' option. Even then, the agitating action is very weak and often results in just wet clothes --with the dirt still attached. Extremely disappointed doesnt even come close to what I feel about this unit!

Terrible product

Washing a single blanket results in the machine spinning so violently that it causes an “Unbalanced” error every time which causes the machine to pause and I have to manually open the machine to adjust the wet heavy contents being washed. This is a piece of garbage. I don’t want to buy a new washer, but I cannot get through washing sheets or towels without this thing malfunctioning. Do not buy.

Washes clothes, but very loud

The first thing I can't help but notice -- this is a loud washing machine. The water can be heard swishing, the motor rumbling, from rooms away. I'll give it a week or so, but it's loud enough that I'm going to have to consider returning it.

WORST Washer EVER

I've been a Samsung lover of phones, tablets and TVs for years, but stay away from their washers and fridges especially. As I write this, the washer is unwilling to do a "Spin" cycle for 5 shirts because it thinks its overloaded.And it does this no matter what size load of clothes you wash. Absolute TRASH product.

Extremely disappointed!

It's really frustrating that the washer is brand new and already having issues with it. Also the wash time takes forever, and now with the error popping up it takes all day for me to wash one load of clothes. I have also had a shirt come out of the washer dirtier than it was when it went in.

This pile of junk can't handle very much without it getting unbalanced. And the matching dryer absolutely sucks. Doesn't dry anything unless it is on high and even then some are still damp. We constantly get error messages and it stops washing. We can no longer wash sheets because the machine stops and doesn’t drain. My previous washer lasted 13 years. These new machines do not have the same workmanship or quality. I do not recommend.

The washer is constantly having unbalanced errors. Even with light loads. Found out online that the spings for the tub wear out fast. Will never buy samsung appliances again. They should last longer than 2.5 to 3 years without major parts breaking down.

Washer is develops problems after 2 years.

This is because the springs on the bottom become weak. It is not worth the money at all. The unit I have CANNOT wash 2 t-shirts, 3 boxers and 1 shirt without it becoming unbalanced. When there is no load at all the drum spins with no issues. That means the drum shaft is not bent!! It is the springs.
