Took 5 hours trying to finish washing 4 pairs of jeans. Finally gave up and hung them outside until they were not soaking wet so they could go in the dryer. I’ll never own another Samsung product. Even my Samsung refrigerator leaks. Had to turn off water to it which means I don’t have an ice maker but it still leaks.

Stay away from these and all Samsung Washers

Customer Service continues to be horrendous. The repair cost is $753 plus labor. I wasted my money on this and my wife and I regret this purchase. $1900 for a washer and dryer with five year protection plan. I’m done with Best Buy and all Samsung products.

Worst washer/dryer - worst service ever

Water sensor among other things. The four days it did work it was louder than I anticipated. Washer doesn't dry quickly (mine is electric so that's part of it). Over a month and hours upon hours on the phone trying to deal with this. I've been on hold and disconnected and retransferred for 3 hours just today. NEVER buy a Samsung appliance. You'll regret it. I sure did.

Cannot wash queen size sheet set

Every time I attempt to do so I have the wash part of the sheets separate since it has a tendency to get stuck and play a annoying alarm over and over. I had a smaller washer before that could wash queen size sheets, not with this one. I will stick with LG or GE next time, never had any issues with those. Can not recommend.

A pretty pretty bad washer!

Do you like them all knotted up together in one big huge mess? Well then… great news, this is the washer for you!! Seriously though, there’s no central agitator so you need to wash everything on heavy duty to get it relatively clean and it all gets knitted together. Definitely regret buying this washer.

Have had to run multiple cycles sometimes to get clothes really clean. Does not really scrub clothes. The clothes just slowly moves back and forth in the water. Very very disappointed. Our really old washer did a better job than this much newer and more expensive washer

The agitator is for agitating the clothes and our pulsator pushes the water through the clothes providing a more efficient cleaning. See link below:

A old time wash board would work better

The only way it will work is if you add an extra bucket of water at the beginning of the wash. Then your clothes might get cleaned. It's been sitting in our garage for monthes. we bought some older machines that work alot better and faster.
