We love are washer it cleaned clothes so good. The seames of the clothes looks clean. The smell of the clothes smell so clean. The washer has long time for washing or two other steps for washing. If you are looking for a washer this is the one i love it. Every time we are done washing i always smell the fresh clothes i can't stop smelling my clothes thats how good it smells. Thank you Best Buy.

Washer is able to wash large loads and still effectively clean them as if they wete smaller loads. This washer is able to decrease my weekly loads for a family of 5 from 6 to 3 or 2 depending on items. I am so happy u purchased

Previous washer was 15 years old. A lot has changed in washing technology. A washer is not just a washer anymore. The absence of the aggitator makes a roomier drum & a roomier drum allows for a bigger load & a cleaner wash. I actually have to look for more clothes to make a load. The technology of the wash cycle is amazing. No matter which cycle you use, it washes to perfection. After reading the manual, I've discovered I've been incorrectly washing for years ; didn't know there was such a thing. Perhaps it's the excitement of having a new washer but now I look forward to washing.

I absolutely love my new Samsung washer. It is digital and easy to understand and use. It cleans as expected too. The best part of of this machine for me is that it is quiet! I can’t wait to get the matching dryer to complete the set.

5.0 Cu. Ft. of washing space is pretty darn good. Not as water friendly as a front loader, but it doesn't smell after so that is a plus in my book. Clothes do seem to come out just as clean as our old front loader that died. Price is right as well. Only downfall is that it doesn't seem to remember what temperature you set like our old Samsung washer. So if you wash clothes on cold, you have to reset the temperature every time you turn the machine on. Maybe there is a memory feature I haven't figured out yet (or read about) so not gonna deduct any stars, especially for something trivial like that.

It was so exciting getting a new washer that actually works! I love it. Plenty of room to wash blankets, I love that it adjusts the water level based on how much I throw in there. It even has a cool feature of a water jet to presoak.

I am actually not completely satisfied with this product. It took me a while to get accustomed to using it since everything is so heavily calculated with this model. However, I personally think it is just too darn slow. Regular wash cycle setting is 30 minutes which is pretty long to begin with. But even that time changes once you start adjusting the features like number of spins, rinses or how much agitation you want and then the machines calculations of the weight capacity for your clothes. The time can go well up to almost 40 minutes per wash. Which seems like an eternity and not really 30-40 minutes. Not to mention if you change the settings to another type of wash. Those numbers are well over an hour per load. We are a family of 4. On average, if I am only washing my clothes (1 person) that day, say 3- 4 loads of clothes, then all the sheets and towels. Starting at around 9am I am finishing up around 11pm. It takes me literally all day to wash based on how this machine functions. That is way too long to wash 1 load of clothes and the amount of water being used is ridiculous. The only one good thing I have to say about this purchase is that the drum capacity is huge. It holds a lot of clothes, pillows and it can also wash the largest/thickest comforters without any issues. Initially that was the selling point for me. But I honestly regret this purchase. I wouldn't recommend this model or size.

I've owned this product for a month and, although it took some getting used to, I like this machine a lot. It gets our clothes clean with a small amount of HE detergent and a minimal amount of water. Controls are easy to work and understand once you get used to them. Very quiet. Only down side is that a normal or bedding load takes a long time.

I love this washer. I can watch the load through the see through lid. The spot cleaning spout is an amazing feature that I don’t know how I lived without it before. The array of settings is nice and the deep fill function is great. I feel like this washer truly gets my clothes a lot cleaner than my previous ones did. I really appreciate the timer on it, showing me how long the load will take based on the different features I select. The detergent dispenser does feel cheap, not like a high quality plastic, so I do handle that with care. I can do larger loads and wash my bigger loads without the agitator in it (I chose the one with out the agitator). I would definitely buy it again, given the choice.

Nice washer. Large capacity. Has lighted settings to make easy to see. All the bells and whistles makes it little intimidating at first, but pretty easy to learn. Cleans well. Is a little louder than I expected to be.

I bought this to replace a front-loading LG washer that decided to quit. Since I will never own a front-loading machine again (no thanks to constant mildew), I decided to give this a try. There are 2 things that I don't like about it, which don't merit removing a star. One is that I practically have to stand on my head to remove the clothes. The other is that it takes a lot longer to wash a load. It plays a cute little tune when the load finishes. You also have to run a clean cycle ever so many washes (can't remember the number). I like being able to look down in through the glass top and see what is going on. Overall I love it.

Great washer and we have the matching dryer. Very quiet when it runs and the 5.0 cu ft is plenty for our small family of 3. Love that I can wash larger loads and it can handle them no problem

We had purchased a Samsung dryer and have been super impressed with it. When the time came we knew we wanted a Samsung washer. We are amazed at how quiet it is. The amount of water it uses and how it works without an agitator. We should not have waited.

I have to admit this was a life saver as the old washer and dryer (15 years old) were on their last legs plus that musty smell was really starting to make us think thats what newly washed clothes was supposed to smell like. Honestly we just figured it was the hard water in central texas. WE WERE WRONG! We debated going with higher end washer and dryers but landed on this based on other reviews and couldn't be happier. Our clothes don't have that nasty musty smell that we thought or at least accepted was normal and we can get the largest of loads on days we need to wash all of our bedding. Overall if you don't NEED the extra special settings of higher end washer and dryers this is the unit to have. For us the timing works well with what we were used to for laundry times while getting us nice clean clothes.

This is a great washer that is user friendly with some handy features. Without an agitator this has a very roomy capacity. Very satisfied with my experience.
