I've owned this product for a month and, although it took some getting used to, I like this machine a lot. It gets our clothes clean with a small amount of HE detergent and a minimal amount of water. Controls are easy to work and understand once you get used to them. Very quiet. Only down side is that a normal or bedding load takes a long time.

Excellent washer. Great efficiency and easy to use

I love my washer and dryer set. Its big capacity is incredible. My clothes come out cleaner than ever before.

Nice washer. Large capacity. Has lighted settings to make easy to see. All the bells and whistles makes it little intimidating at first, but pretty easy to learn. Cleans well. Is a little louder than I expected to be.

I bought this to replace a front-loading LG washer that decided to quit. Since I will never own a front-loading machine again (no thanks to constant mildew), I decided to give this a try. There are 2 things that I don't like about it, which don't merit removing a star. One is that I practically have to stand on my head to remove the clothes. The other is that it takes a lot longer to wash a load. It plays a cute little tune when the load finishes. You also have to run a clean cycle ever so many washes (can't remember the number). I like being able to look down in through the glass top and see what is going on. Overall I love it.

I am still amazed that a washer with no agitator can clean your clothes, but somehow this one does very well. Its very quiet and only uses the amount of water needed to clean the load.

Great washer. Very large deep tub - holds a lot! So far, so good. Haven't used everything on it quite yet, but does a nice job getting everything clean!

I have to admit this was a life saver as the old washer and dryer (15 years old) were on their last legs plus that musty smell was really starting to make us think thats what newly washed clothes was supposed to smell like. Honestly we just figured it was the hard water in central texas. WE WERE WRONG! We debated going with higher end washer and dryers but landed on this based on other reviews and couldn't be happier. Our clothes don't have that nasty musty smell that we thought or at least accepted was normal and we can get the largest of loads on days we need to wash all of our bedding. Overall if you don't NEED the extra special settings of higher end washer and dryers this is the unit to have. For us the timing works well with what we were used to for laundry times while getting us nice clean clothes.

We had purchased a Samsung dryer and have been super impressed with it. When the time came we knew we wanted a Samsung washer. We are amazed at how quiet it is. The amount of water it uses and how it works without an agitator. We should not have waited.

This is a great washer that is user friendly with some handy features. Without an agitator this has a very roomy capacity. Very satisfied with my experience.

I really love this product, is easy to use and is worth it, will let ur clothes almost dry what is cool for the dryer. The style or form or the product is cool too is more big and have a lot spacious.

I absolutely love it, I am so glad I went to the store to look at it in person before making the purchase.

Large size washer to handle the biggest items in the house. Works better than expected, has many more features than our previous machine and you barely know it’s running. Good value for the price paid.

It cleans very well and the clothes show it. It also very quiet.

Had this washer for a couple months now. No complaints. Easy to use and like the music tone when the wash is done. Like the see thru door, was kinda fun watching the first few washes. Def needed to get used to the low water levels.

I have no complaints with this washer so far, it cleans clothing well and big bedding and also handles some small carpets pretty good :) awesome Washer for the price range.

I like the washer many cycles for you to choose from easy to handle ..makes absolutely little noise when working ..I’m happy with it so far

I feel satisfied with my purchase. Read many reviews and did not find to many cons so I went ahead with my purchase. Water does enter the soap tray but that's not really an issue because the water filling the washer pours through the soap area to fill the rub. Also, it has a feature to "deep fill" the tub for items that may need more water to wash....ie socks and undergarments. That would just be personal preference. Everything comes out super clean and at this time my only complaints is that when it was delivered, the delivery person skipped out on installing due to "time" even though I paid for installation. So be sure to stick to your purchase and insist the delivery guy installs it. I had to wait additional days to get it installed.

I love my new machine. Works great and very quiet. Able to do huge loads and King size comforters easily. Make sure to read the manual for blankets or heavy loads, it can cause the machine to unbalance itself. Overall great purchase!!
