very satisfied with this washer, large capacity is a big plus. Will easily wash a King size comforter and sheets, pillow cases in one load and get the job done. Very easy to use, great bang for your buck.

I was not sure that I wanted a washer without an agitator, but I love this one. Our clothes are soft and pristine, and we can hardly hear the machine. I am more than satisfied!

Had it about almost a month and did a few loads...clothing does come out clean and fresh. My only knock is it takes forever, You have to take a whole day out just to do 5-6 loads.

It was a good price compared to other sellers, but the efficiency is just as bad as the GE I sent back to ABC warehouse. It does not rinse well as the clothes still smell of detergent after theyre dried. The cycle times are horrible 1 and 1/2 hours for a medium load of whites, with a single rinse and spin. It looks nice. (BFD) Like I said it's quieter than the GE.

The washer (and dryer) are just okay, the installation was HORRIBLE! The problems with installation included the following: they were confused about which water hookups to use (I had to explain), one of them was hacking up a lung (and not wearing a mask—this was before the lift on mask use), they pulled the washer several inches from the wall on the side in order to plug it into an outlet far away (I then showed them that they could in fact use the outlet closer to where the washer should sit), and maybe worst of all, THEY STOLE MY SCREWDRIVER!! When they just took it off the shelf in the laundry room without asking, I didn't say anything because I assumed they would just use it and put it back. Nope, they left with it. Why would installation workers not bring their own tools? The washer is quiet, has a nice, easy-to-read display with a lot of options in the categories of temperature, rinse, spin, and soil level, but you can't tweak any of those i. the presets. I understand most people want to select a preset (e.g. delicates) and hit go, but I want to be able to just tweak it slightly in temperature, or soil level. Same with the dryer. There is about one preset for each machine that allows you to go a la carte, so I often fall back on that. I also wonder if it was the right move to get a washer without an agitator. I feel like my daughter's clothes don't get as clean. Overall it's okay though. Best Buy, you owe me a Phillips head screwdriver!

For reference, i changed out of an old washing machine that was an agitator mechanism with the stick in the middle and it was 3.2 cu ft. So going from that to Samsung's impeller mechanism and 5.0 cu ft was a huge difference. Not to mention how quiet this machine is. I was afraid it wouldn't fit but let's just say measurements are very close. The machine has all the options one would look for home use. Plenty of space for blankets as well and i have a king and queen bed. Also the machine measures the water based on the load. It does a test spin initially to determine load size, and then fills water, etc. Overall, the clothes feel much cleaner than my old machine, which was the reason i purchased this one.

My wife loves this washer/dryer set! Large capacity for larger loads, with a large family we can knock out all of the laundry easily. Easy to set up, recommend the gas version of the set if you can.

I have had my washer about a month. So far very pleased with it. Washes well and spins the clothes nearly dry. Its also a pretty quiet washing machine.

I have been extremely satisfied with this washer. It has a large capacity, it’s very quiet, and I love the little jingle it plays when the clothes are finished. It has a many cycles to choose from. I love it !

I love this W&D set I bought. The pricing was as good if not better than other stores. It is big enough for a king size comforter and does a great job. It's also very smart in clever ways.

Good machine but it was our first Hi-Efficiency washer and they do operate differently. We have had good results with cleaning our clothes, most of the time it cleans better than our old style washer. It does take longer to complete a load of clothes. Sometimes we add additional water (our machine allows that) when we start a load to increase the water level. The spin cycles really removes most of the water much better than old agitator styles. We have used this machine for over 1 month--no mechanical/quality issues. Make sure it fits in your laundry room, this machine is slightly bigger/taller than our old Kenmore.

Washer is quiet and efficient. Nice cycle options. Only draw back is depth of drum. If you’re short you’ll need a stool to remove clothes from the bottom. Otherwise I’m extremely happy with this washer.

Love this washer. We were looking for a top load without an agitator and this is the perfect fit. Can wash huge loads too! I like the pre-wash options that helps tackle stains before washing, too.

Very large capacity and cleans well. Love to option to be able to add the agitator.

I love my new washer and dryer. They are so big in space and now i no longer have to go to the wash house to wash and dry my big comforters. The dryer has a sanitize option that I use on my towels which also makes them come out dry and fluffy. Also in the washer i love the new added water jet because i have a 2 year okd who is messy when she eats so this new feature helps so her clothes will not stain.

This washer is very easy to use and gentle on clothes and even has a spicket inside the washer where u can spot treat your clothes without having to go to a separate sink. Samsung has amazing products!
