Love this washer!! Absolutely incredible, zero issues, easy to use, clean, and super quiet! Cannot be happier with Samsung and the washer/dryer unit they created. Definitely would recommend this model!!

Easy to use. Very quiet. Pleasing apperance. Great value

After having this machine for a few months I really have come to dislike it. I previously had a Samsung front loader which I switched to a top loader because I was sick of constantly cleaning it so it wouldn't get the front-loader musty smell and where it was wasn't convienient to have the door open all the time (but we did). This machine fit in the space much better as it isn't as deep as a front loader. It has a really big tub and isn't hard to get to the bottom of it. I wish I would have gotten one with an agitator and not the impeller as it seems the clothes don't move as much as they should. In the "normal" cycle it doesn't use enough water. Plus you can't use the "deep fill" option in the normal cycle. So I have to run the active jet to dampen the clothes before starting the cycle to make them heavier so it'll use more water. On the opposide end, the bedding cycle uses more water than it should and then the sheets will "balloon" with air because there isn't an agitator to keep them tumbling down. I have to stop the machine to push the sheets under the water. On the plus side it's very quiet and it balances very well when it spins. On the down side I feel like I have to babysit the machine to be sure my clothes get clean.

This machine has performed excellent. The important aspect is that my wife loves it.

Everyone loves this machine. Incredibly silent. The water filling is the loudest thing on this machine. Does a great job. Much bigger capacity than I expected! Probably going to need a bigger dryer now.

I've been using the Samsung 5.0 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer. The Active WaterJet feature is fantastic for pre-treating stains, and I've noticed my clothes come out cleaner. Its high efficiency ensures I'm using less water, which is a win for both my bills and the environment. The only minor gripe? It took me a bit to get used to the controls. Overall, a solid purchase!

Washer works great. Very quiet and with large capacity. One nice feature is a reminder about using the self clean function, it has made difference in keep the washer look great

I love that this washer has a feature that allows water to run to rinse the detergent cup. The washer is quiet and fits my king size comforter with ease.

Amazing machine. Huge capacity, with no center agitator. This is perfect for our family, and can handle comforters with ease. Music matches other Samsung appliances we own, which is fun.

I like the large capacity and water efficient design. Easy to use, control panel is simple.

Very quiet can fit a king size comforter, sheets and pillow case with a throw blanket in one wash.

Good but it gets unbalanced pretty easily and requires being unplugged to unlock and rebalance. It can be irritating at times. I’m not a huge fan for the price but it does work well to clean larger loads.

I bought this after my 20-year-old washer finally stopped. Washers have changed dramatically since I last purchased. I was nervous about all the bells and whistles and knowing what I needed and didn’t. This washer performs extremely well and we are very pleased. It is super quiet - I often have to go look at the lights to see if it is still running. I LOVE the tune for end of cycle rather than the traditional buzzer. Everything comes out clean, and my water bill was half this month - can’t be sure yet but I have a feeling this washer is part of that. Highly recommend.

Although we have owned it for just about one month, we can rate it excellent. It is quiet during use. It is uncomplicated and easy to operate. It washes the clothes well, and makes doing laundry easier.

I was looking for a quiet washer and this one is . Sometimes you don’t know if it’s still working or finish. Even at medium spin the clothes come out almost dry. Easy to handle.

What can i say, the wife loves her new washer. Very large capacity and quiet. As it turns out, my Mother in law has the same one. She loves hers too.
