This washer is huge and offers a number of different settings. It is relatively quiet. It ensures the detergent is dissolved and your clothes get clean.

Love the music letting me know the washer is finished haha . But really this is the best washer we’ve owned in 35 years . Larger tub for bedding and towels and a pre-soak for smelly work or fishing clothes . It has two dispensers for detergent or liquid which is very neat. The selection for loads and settings are great as well . Very happy with Our Washer.

Most reviews tend to dis the new technology of low water levels and longer cleaning cycles for washing clothes. We always had a center agitator and most of the newer washers (except Maytag, etc) do not. We purchased this hoping for the best, since the newer technology of longer cycles and lower water levels for the newer washers was inevitable. We were surprised to see we could wash a lot more clothes and therefore we use fewer cleaning cycles and we always use the quick cycle.

I love my new washer. I love all the settings it has plus the washer is very quiet, clothes are really getting clean.

Completely different from my old (agitator) Maytag. Holds tons of clothes but I'm still not sure how it cleans with such little water. Clothes come out fine though. Hoping nothing goes wrong with all the digital, sensors etc. Can't find anything in the manual to tell me how to activate the high-fill feature to add more water to the loads...The tub is so deep it's hard to reach into the bottom of it to remove clothes for us vertically-challenged people. Overall satisfied so far.

Haven't had any issues yet, had it for a little over a month. We do a lot of laundry, so we have tested it out a lot so far. Really easy to use, however, I wish you could silence the start-up noises on it. They are a little annoying and loud. Other than that, really awesome unit for a decent price. Can't go wrong with anything Samsung. If they are willing to put their name on it, it is probably worth buying.

I did a load of laundry as soon as it was hooked up and I e=was impressed. The machine is quiet and it does a grand job.

Great washing machine. Never been a problem the years we had it. Even the buyer of the house wanted to keep this. Bonus - it has great capacity to wash sheets or comforters!

Lots of features on this washer. Easy to use, doesnt use a lot of water. Takes a while, but i guess thats what these HE washers are supposed to do, but it cleans nicely

This washer has done a great job getting clothes clean. It’s easy to use and sings songs when the load is ready to be thrown in the dryer.

Washer is easy to use, the tub is very large and I'm short so it creates a problem reaching down to the bottom but for families that do large loads it would be perfect.

In love with this washer! I’m able to wash different loads in one (before I had to wash 5 jeans or 5 towels for instance at most because of the weight). I love the settings, they were easy to understand and/or figure out. My sold point is the water jet option it has.

Great value set. Ease of use, and being able to watch the wash from the glass top is cool. Smart phone diagnosis is another awesome feature. Dryer has many setting options, and we are still learning the tricks. Overall we are satisfied with the purchase and the store salesperson - Jordan who was great.

Love this washer - Heavy capacity. Never owned one without the agitator but love it. It is really quiet also.

Easy to use with a variety of features. I especially like the prewash station for rinsing out detergent bottles and pretreatment of stains. It is a little noisy when spinning out but for the price difference in models that makes it acceptable. Overall I am very happy with my washer.

I am pleased with this washer as it has a huge capacity and very spacious. It accommodates a lot of dirty clothes which means less loads and saves me more time to do other things. I can wash comforter without struggling in taking them out. The look of this washer is very much updated and classy. I bought this on sale.

I have a heavy king sized comforter and it is so nice not having to take it to the laundromat to wash it. The machine is nice and quiet.

Best buy has been excellent. The washer and dry were delivered on time buy a good staff in excellent condition. Amazing machines! Very large capacity but washer uses much less water and soap than my old one. The dryer works great too. It can easily handle same size loads as the washer. I'm learning to let the machines setup the cycles without making alot of changes. That seams to be when they do their best. Samsung washer and dryer work as well as advertised and reviewed. I'm very happy with them.
