This is a great washer and holds a ton of laundry! I’ve already used the self cleaning mode as well! It’s not that loud either!

This washer looks great and I am very happy I chose the impeller style. I can't speak to longevity but this machine seems very efficient and does everything I need a washer to do. Also, everything about the sale and delivery went well . Will definitely go to Best Buy again if I need more appliances.

We purchased this washer 8 days ago, at first it was a dream machine. It did a great job of washing and spinning the laundry so it came out pretty dry, dry enough that we lowered the settings on our dryer. On our 7th load of laundry things we down hill, the machine failed to spin dry a comforter we had in the machine. We figured it was a fluke and tried another load of clothes, it too had the same issue. Next we tried the self clean mode, nothing in the washer at all and it to had the same issue. The machine didn't report any error, it didn't say it was out of balance, but the lights that would normally blink while washing went solid and the timer stopped counting down. We called geeksquad and they setup an appointment with samsung repair, I was willing to have it repaired as it was a great machine with great reviews. The repair guy never showed up, I called several times throughout the day but no returned call and by the second message I the automated system told me their voicemail was full. I will be calling geeksquad to return the machine for something else.

This was a replacement washer. It was just the right size and it has enormous space for extra large items.

Large loads, no agitator. Love it. Highly recommend. Couldn't tempt me with a front loader or one with agitator. Sold on this type of washer

We were looking for a washer where we could wash queen size comforters. It is big enough for them and plenty of space. Easy buttons

Easy to use. Have had no problems. Cleans well! Love the tune it plays when a load is finished.

This washer is perfect for everyday use and for when the kids are in class it is very quiet and washes clothes perfectly.

The large size of the drum/tub is amazing - perfect for a Cal King sized comforter. :-) The one downfall is the length of time for wash cycles. To wash a load of whites (with bleach) is over 2 hours. :-(

Perfect sized machine for the average family. Lot's of loads already done, including a king comforter, came out great! Happy with my purchase.

It has the same control panel and knobs as my previous defective Samsung front loader, but much better quality. It's way quieter! I love how it calculates the water amount based on load size without me having to select the load size( unlike with older machines). I love the glass top which allows me to see inside the machine while it runs. Overall I'm very impressed.

Quiet. Efficient. So far, zero issues. It was priced correctly for the quality machine it is. Maybe wait until Black Friday for a great deal if you can wait. Our machine broke and we had to get on it quickly.

I got it yesterday and although I have to play with it a little longer, I really love the washer, it is quiet and it washes really great.

Had machine a month and I love it!!! The tub is HUGE!!! Clothes smell so clean. Stains/odors vanished!!!

Have had this for a little over a month now. Gets clothes clean and can fit a lot in one load. Love not have to do 4 different loads
