I upgraded from an older model different brand and this one is amazing. It's digital so it gives a time for your load according to cycles,how many rinses and spins. The top is see through so I love that and it plays a song when your load is finished. All my clothes come out amazing and I even got out an old stain on a garment that didnt come out in my old washer. I'm loving it so far!

New vs old models

I would recommend keeping your items to a slightly smaller than large amounts. The only down I have (though I've heard that other new brands have this problem as well) is the time it takes to do a load as compared with my old machine.

I’m petite so sometimes have to use step stool to get all the clothes out. Like that it plays a little song when done. I thought I was getting the one that you can spot rinse items but you can’t with this machine

I absolutely LOVE my new washing machine.

I had heard buy a Speed Queen and not a Samsung but when I did the research it appeared they have flopped in recent models and I really liked the Samsung from my research. And it’s even better in person. The tub is huge quick and easy to load. Clothes come out clean and they come out well spun so they don’t take much time to dry! So much better than my old washing machine! I want the matching dryer soon!

I love the ActiveJet water feature. I use the quick wash alot and add the deep fill feature. I don't have to wait forever for a load to wash. I Wish I could get the matching dryer. But my previous dryer still runs like a champ. This washer was a great buy!!

This is my 1st time using a washer without an agitator and so far I like it. It is easy to operate for me (an 84 yr old) and I'm happy with it.
