I love the ActiveJet water feature. I use the quick wash alot and add the deep fill feature. I don't have to wait forever for a load to wash. I Wish I could get the matching dryer. But my previous dryer still runs like a champ. This washer was a great buy!!

I was buying on a budget, and did a little shopping around before I decided to buy this set. Best Buy offered the best deal with free delivery. Once I got them installed I decided to try them out. I haven’t stopped washing clothes since. So many setting to choose from, clothes are cleaner than ever, and dry quickly. I highly recommend this set to anyone!

The washer is junk

It started out good but now it’s always unbalanced on the spin cycle and gives an error code. It’s frustrating. Called customer support and they showed me how to calibrate it, but that doesn’t work the calibration is a three second process. I have to take some of my clothes out when the cycle gets close to the end just so maybe it can work sometimes The bad thing is I love Samsung products and everything I own is Samsung. I need to rethink this brand.
