Its decent and cleans clothes well- which i guess is the point of a washer. So far the washer seems to be of good quality and I've had no issues with operation. Tech features isn't something i would want in a washer, just clean the clothes and be a workhorse

We replaced a Samsung Front loader that was 10 years old. The tub is a lot bigger and the washer is more efficient.

One month in, and it works well. I like the water outlet inside. Seems to be built well; I am somewhat worried about the longevity of the touch buttons on the control panel, but no issues so far. The only reason I docked a star on ease of use: about a week in, the machine gave us a code and defaulted to the self-clean setting when we turned it on. Considering that our purchase of this machine was *not* entirely voluntary (the old one broke... again), we were somewhat... concerned. Fortunately, I was able to find the answer online after 30 to 45 minutes of searching (the answer: it was a notification for us to run a self-clean cycle; the machine apparently does this after every 20 cycles). While I was able to find the answer, I now wonder why this apparently in-built, basic functionality isn't covered by the little mini-user manual that comes with the machine.

Love my new washer. It's very smart and efficient. And the capacity is huge!

I bought this Samsung washer with the matching dryer last month and I’m beyond impressed with them. I was buying on a budget, and did a little shopping around before I decided to buy this set. Best Buy offered the best deal with free delivery. Once I got them installed I decided to try them out. I haven’t stopped washing clothes since. So many setting to choose from, clothes are cleaner than ever, and dry quickly. I highly recommend this set to anyone!

I love this machine! It is a large tub,quiet and works excellent. I highly recommend this washer.

So far it has been a great washer. Has high fill if you want more water and wash cycles that aren't the full ones. The full cycles are like 1:40 minutes. The top loader is much better than the front loader we had and you don't have to worry about he mold as much or leaning over all the time. We got this on sale and while it isn't the cheapest out there, so far it is a good value for the money an the clothes come out good!
