My family and I love this washer. We are a family of five and this machine handles our loads with extra room in the machine. It’s a beauty and I’m very happy with my purchase.

This is the first time we have purchased a Samsung Washer. Besides being a very nice looking washer, I am impressed with the various levels to get the best cleaning. I also like how after it is finished, the clothes are spun dry so that it does not take long for them to be in the washer. Previous washers still left the clothes a little more wet so that it took longer to dry.

I did a lot of research, investigating and deliberating while trying to decide what washing machine to purchase. This one seemed to have similar reviews to others I looked at (LG, Whirlpool) but at a better price point. Unfortunately, this capacity is either different from other 5.0 cu. ft. washing machines, or my old washing machine that I had in our other house was much bigger. (Whirlpool Cabrio from around 2015ish). This washer cannot handle a standard queen size comforter--which is one of the sole reasons I was looking for a machine this size...and the matching dryer is even worse. Besides that, many of the cycles cannot be over-ridden, and unlike the Cabrio I had, you cannot over-ride the water useage, except on a few cycles which makes the Deep Fill option mis-leading. Additionally, the shortest cycle on this is the quick wash, which is still 30 minutes; a normal cycle will function in just less than an hour, and a permanent press cycle runs you about 90 minutes. In short, I am disappointed in the function of the machine, but other than the bedding issue, it cleans the clothes.

Have had this set for nearly 6 months. Wanted to use it for a while before giving me a proper review. Not a big fan of the lid locking feature. Really do like having the option to add fabric softener and detergent under the lid before starting a load. It did tear several garments of my girlfriend. Kind of wish I had purchased a washer without the center agitator. Other than that it’s been a great set so far.

It is nice and big and can fit quite a bit. It does a great job and has a lot of different settings.

This model is perfect for my families needs! I like the "old fashioned" (lol!) top loader! Since my laundry room is close to my master bedroom, I love that it is very quiet and plays a soft melody when cycle is complete (as opposed to loud buzzing sound). It also is great when wanting to do lighter loads bc the washers water level compliments the amount of laundry, instead of a ton of water for a couple items. Love it!!

This thing is great. No complaints. Its not silent like some of the more expensive options, but its also not loud. i have mine in the garage so its prefect for me. Never had a problem with an overload and my wife has stuffed it. Worth the price

Lots of space easy to understand directions so many options love it

My wife and I moved to an apartment complex that does not provide a washer and drier. We checked two other places for these needed household goods before we decided to make this purchase. This Samsung washing machine is easy to use and very effective. We love it and would recommend it to everyone.

We've had this washer and its matching dryer for a couple of months now. I had originally planned on only replacing the washer after the spider arm had broken, but since the dryer was as old as the washer, we decided to replace both of them. The price for the pair was great and both of them have worked great since we installed them. The old Samsung washer and dryer both lasted just over 10 years, hopefully this new pair will last longer than those. The controls are simple to use, but the detergent and softener tray seems to be a little flimsy, time will tell if this part breaks or not. A wish list item would be an option to change the sounds on the washer and dryer, a way to upload your favorite ringtone would be neat.

This is the best washer I have ever owned! I wish I could buy 2 it’s just that spacious and quiet.
