Make sure that you run a load before delivery men leave. Also it's to tall for my 5"3' wife but she fits perfectly in the dryer.... Otherwise seems excellent.

It fits so much stuff and does a great job cleaning despite being a "high efficiency" washer. We especially appreciate features like the auto load sensor that adjusts water use depending upon how small or large ypur load is. We dont have to remember to set or reset the load size setting like other washers. We highly recommend this washer!!!

I love that it has deep water mode for more dirty items and a quick mode for things that you just need to throw in a small load real quick 30 minutes and done!

What a great deal for the price

The washer is very quiet and same with the matching dryer. I have found no complaints yet. Just don't push to hard on the touch screen buttons. Also the two Geek Sqaud was very nice when setting up the washer and dryer. They took their time and explained some of the features and how to care for the machines. I'm glad a spent the extra money for them to come in and hook everything up for me.

Average Washer for an Above Average Price

However, the Normal cycle without changing anything will leave half your clothes bone dry even after an hour long wash cycle. The agitator is truly mediocre. Heavy Duty or Perm Press with Pre-soak and Deep Fill gets clothes smelling great but then I have to use the terrible Samsung Dryer we bought as a pair and the clothes end up musky and damp. The song that plays at the end is a pleasant gimmick. The Active WaterJet is pretty much marketing junk. Feels like we'll be lucky to get 5 years out of this over-engineered mass market garbage.

Quick wash cycle a blessing

Now I can do it in 25 minutes. With previous washer I could not do blankets..now I ca with ease. Still exploring all the features. Only issue I have had so far is I tried to stop the washer to add a few other items and it would not restart. I had to unplug the washer and restart. Otherwise overall satisified with it.

This Samsung came highly recommended and operates more efficiently and economically than the Maytag.
