So far I am enjoying my new washer and dryer!! The washer is very quiet and same with the matching dryer. I have found no complaints yet. Just don't push to hard on the touch screen buttons. Also the two Geek Sqaud was very nice when setting up the washer and dryer. They took their time and explained some of the features and how to care for the machines. I'm glad a spent the extra money for them to come in and hook everything up for me.

Previous washer took over an hour to do a small load. Now I can do it in 25 minutes. With previous washer I could not do blankets..now I ca with ease. Still exploring all the features. Only issue I have had so far is I tried to stop the washer to add a few other items and it would not restart. I had to unplug the washer and restart. Otherwise overall satisified with it.

Holds bigger loads and top loading is much easier. No old school agitator keeps heavy loads balanced

Once you figure out the settings that work for you it actually cleans pretty well. However, the Normal cycle without changing anything will leave half your clothes bone dry even after an hour long wash cycle. The agitator is truly mediocre. Heavy Duty or Perm Press with Pre-soak and Deep Fill gets clothes smelling great but then I have to use the terrible Samsung Dryer we bought as a pair and the clothes end up musky and damp. The song that plays at the end is a pleasant gimmick. The Active WaterJet is pretty much marketing junk. Feels like we'll be lucky to get 5 years out of this over-engineered mass market garbage.

Very large samsung washer. Lots of settings and large enough to wash anything. Does a great job

My wife and I really appreciate the way you do business though no one told us about the 14 day return policy or I would have bought the extended warranty. The washer works great we love it, I thought we had a problem with it but it was a bad breaker fuse. The washer is fine. Can we still buy the warranty? Easy to use. Very efficient with large capacity tub. We can get away with a lot less loads then with our previous machine. Quiet I have seen reviews that say the water doesn't fill enough into the tub and leaves clothing dry, haven't seen that happen at all on mine and they are thoroughly wet. Only con would be that it doesn't connect to the internet like it said on the product page..... But great value for the price.

Bought this to replace a very old Kenmore dryer from the early naughts. The amount of laundry this holds is massive. Super efficient with water and soap usage. The water jet is nice to do a bit of pre-washing for potentially stubborn stains. The only issue we've run into is that it can be difficult for my 5'4" wife to reach the bottom of this washer. :)

Great quality machine. Love the tub size that can easily fit my king size comforter. The water spout inside is a much appreciated add that I've never had before.
