I didn't know what to expect because it's been 20 years since I made a purchase for these appliances but they are great. The washer is super quiet I had to adjust to the water level but it's doing a great job.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s May 2024 and this washer was purchased August 2021 and already needs replacement parts and works horribly in general. Washer becomes unbalanced with even the lightest loads and instead of stopping for you to adjust the load (which you shouldn’t have to do) it adds MORE WATER several times in an effort to rebalance. Your water bill will be sky high! So much for water efficiency. I just had to replace suspension rods to hopefully stop the unbalance issue. It’s ridiculous that repairs are needed on a relatively new appliance. The top is also made of very cheap plastic and has cracked in multiple places. A piece chipped off even when we tried to move it for the repair. For this price, all parts should be made of the sturdiest metal. This machine is built like a child’s toy. Please save yourself the headache and choose another brand and model. I will never buy another Samsung washer after this.

Washes okay but takes forever to wash

It rinses repeatedly no less than 3-4 rinses per load. I've taken to not clicking on the fabric softener button because it adds additional rinses by the time the clothes rinse 3-4 times per cycle the fabric softener is rinsed away and the clothes are full of static in the dryer. Instead I stop the machine on the last rinse and manually add softener like an old school machine. Personally I feel like it wastes a ton of water with all these rinses. My laundry sink fills completely up at least 3 times every time I wash a load. The "normal" cycle takes as long as 2-3 HOURS at times. One thing I like is the large basket
