No more coin for laundry! Really quiet to operate and has a good capacity.

We bought this washer and after only a few months, every load we tried to wash gave me an unbalanced load code. They sent a technician out who found the drum was loose and the right rear leg broke inside the machine. Samsung will not cover it calling it "physical damage" caused by physical force on the machine or improper use. Since most people get their washers and leave them in one spot, apparently this washer can not handle washing regular clothes or blankets for more than a few months. Colossal waste of over $600 as we can not use the washer any longer and samsung wont stand behind their product and fix a simple leg.

I bought this washer to replace my old washer that gave out on me. Im very pleased with the washer its got a pretty good sized tube for washing big loads and its quite i would recommend it

Great Samsung washer. I was able to purchase while on sale for my sister, who recently purchased a new home. This Samsung washer has all the bells and whistles and cleans as advertised.

This washing machine is amazing in detail, performance, and super quiet. My favorite part is the waterfall feature inside when the water fills up the washer. Also, it will only use the amount of water needed for the load. So even the smallest loads won't waste any water.

I love the size of this washer. Easy to use with no problems.

I had been looking for awhile for a new washer as my current one was 16 years old and was starting to flood my floors. I have to say that even know this one is a little loud, it is absolutely amazing. I love this new washer. It is able to handle all of my comforters, blankets, pillows etc with no issues. I definitely recommend this washer.

This washer seems to do a really good job. I do miss the control settings on my previous washer, which were much easier and more intuitive to use. A definite negative is the default hot water setting when I turn the washer on. Yikes! If I'm not careful, I could easily wash my clothes in hot water!

It’s May 2024 and this washer was purchased August 2021 and already needs replacement parts and works horribly in general. Washer becomes unbalanced with even the lightest loads and instead of stopping for you to adjust the load (which you shouldn’t have to do) it adds MORE WATER several times in an effort to rebalance. Your water bill will be sky high! So much for water efficiency. I just had to replace suspension rods to hopefully stop the unbalance issue. It’s ridiculous that repairs are needed on a relatively new appliance. The top is also made of very cheap plastic and has cracked in multiple places. A piece chipped off even when we tried to move it for the repair. For this price, all parts should be made of the sturdiest metal. This machine is built like a child’s toy. Please save yourself the headache and choose another brand and model. I will never buy another Samsung washer after this.

This is a significant upgrade from our previous washer which was over 17 years old. It therefore took some time appreciate it. Definitely more energy efficient and more quiet. It is working wonderfully so far.

I like Samsung, specially this model is perfect to me. Easy panel, many options, perfect size. If you are looking for a washer machine think about Samsung.
