Easy to understand all of its capabilities and functions. First Samsung washer but Samsung has always been solid with other electronics except blu ray players. Anyone in this price range should consider this washer.

Better than My Old Front Loader

The controls are so easy to use and the clothes smell amazing when they are done. i have absolutely no complaints. Well, maybe one. I am 5'3", so I do have to stand on my tippies to get the clothes at the bottom of the basket. I love the active wash option. This machine is a great price for all the options it offers.

My wife thought its was the same size as our old washer (also 5.0 Cu) until three large blankets later this thing still had some space. The only down side is the detergent and chemical add slots, they are flimsy and too easy to pull out. A great washer that we are glad we bought.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s May 2024 and this washer was purchased August 2021 and already needs replacement parts and works horribly in general. Washer becomes unbalanced with even the lightest loads and instead of stopping for you to adjust the load (which you shouldn’t have to do) it adds MORE WATER several times in an effort to rebalance. Your water bill will be sky high! So much for water efficiency. I just had to replace suspension rods to hopefully stop the unbalance issue. It’s ridiculous that repairs are needed on a relatively new appliance. The top is also made of very cheap plastic and has cracked in multiple places. A piece chipped off even when we tried to move it for the repair. For this price, all parts should be made of the sturdiest metal. This machine is built like a child’s toy. Please save yourself the headache and choose another brand and model. I will never buy another Samsung washer after this.
