Waste of $
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this washer and after only a few months, every load we tried to wash gave me an unbalanced load code. They sent a technician out who found the drum was loose and the right rear leg broke inside the machine. Samsung will not cover it calling it "physical damage" caused by physical force on the machine or improper use. Since most people get their washers and leave them in one spot, apparently this washer can not handle washing regular clothes or blankets for more than a few months. Colossal waste of over $600 as we can not use the washer any longer and samsung wont stand behind their product and fix a simple leg.

Samsung is the best
