My favorite part is the waterfall feature inside when the water fills up the washer. Also, it will only use the amount of water needed for the load. So even the smallest loads won't waste any water.

Only down side is the bigger fills take about 2 hours plus to wash. When I put on the whites setting it automatically takes 2 hours to wash even with a normal size load with no added features. Good machine just don’t like the time it takes

Constantly unbalances almost every load, even with constantly calibratiing it. Cannot wash anything heavy like towels or hoodies. Wastes so much water, refills each time it's unbalanced unless you catch it right away.

I have to say that even know this one is a little loud, it is absolutely amazing. I love this new washer. It is able to handle all of my comforters, blankets, pillows etc with no issues. I definitely recommend this washer.
