it Has a nice appearance and it’s easy to use and it is quiet

I’m totally in love with this washer! It has so many options to choose from including the number of rinse cycles, spin speeds, various pre-set wash cycle selections, and a water jet feature to allow spot washing, plus lots of other features. I especially love the lid, it’s slow closing plus it’s clear, giving you the option to look inside without stopping it. It’s quiet and does a fantastic job. The loads take a little longer than old fashioned machines with center agitators but your clothing comes out very clean and indamaged. I would highly recommend this washer.

Excellent washing machine that offers many different options for how to wash your clothes including even a quick wash cycle for when you don't have much time. The machine operates very quietly which is important because I have upstairs laundry which is located next to bedrooms.

Got this about a month ago and it hasn't yet dissapointed. Was delivered on time and installed in a professional manner. The washing machine is huge. There had yet to be a pile of clothes that I've sta led for 2 weeks that hasn't been able to be done in 1 load. It cleans perfect and has a lot of really nice features. I would reccomend this washing machine

At first I was skeptical about the "automatic" claims that accompanied this machine. Since purchasing it, and using it extensively, it has made my laundry chores a lot less problematic. It really does all that it claims, and more. The gentlemen who installed it, along with the companion dryer, were exceptionally professional and thorough.

Easy to use, big run for heavy blankets and comforters. Love it.

My arms and legs are very short and this washer is very large! I don’t think I thought this through!!! Seriously I have to stand on a step stool to get the wet laundry out. My old non-matched dryer —which was very large when I bought it— can only dry half a load in one go. It washes well, though.

I've only had it a couple of weeks but so far it works great. I like the glass top to see what's going on. I like that I can push the power button and use the water jet to rinse whatever before I close the lid. If you find something to throw in after it's started, the lid unlocks in a jif instead of waiting. I'm still figuring a few things out but so far all is good.

Awesome washer and it was a great deal. It had a few scratches on it from being an open box deal, but it works greatand it is super efficient

This is a large washer wow !so different from a front loader.its a long reach to empty this biggie! Over I love it! Its a big noisy compared to a front loader!

I love the machines. They work easily and make little noise. They are wonderful quality. I also enjoy the little music it plays at the end to signify its finished

Great machine with huge capacity. Very intuitive and easy to use. Bought it a year ago, included it when we sold our home, then bought another one. Only issue is bedding and getting used to what items and how much to put in to reduce "unbalanced" issues. Not a huge problem and no issue with clothing.

I'm very satisfied with the customer representative who assisted us with our purchase. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I am also satisfied with the washer we purchased. I love the soak cycle as well as the bedding cycle and the roominess in the machine. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

Plenty of space. Easy to learn. Quiet which I love.

This machine is great. I never realized how large 5.0 Cu. Ft. is, or I wouldn't have gotten such a large-capacity washing machine. But that said, this machine accommodates loads of any size, including very small. I have a Samsung refrigerator, and I think the electronics are better in Samsung-brand products.
