This is a significant upgrade from our previous washer which was over 17 years old. It therefore took some time appreciate it. Definitely more energy efficient and more quiet. It is working wonderfully so far.

This washer seems to do a really good job. I do miss the control settings on my previous washer, which were much easier and more intuitive to use. A definite negative is the default hot water setting when I turn the washer on. Yikes! If I'm not careful, I could easily wash my clothes in hot water!

This washer is wonderful. Very quite and cleans my clothes with ease.

I bought this during Black Friday and I am happy that I did. This machine has some nice features but not too many that it makes it hard to use. It's easy to use, seems to calibrate water levels well and leaves my clothes looking and smelling clean. I had a washer from the 1980's so you can imagine what an upgrade this is.

Best purchase, I’ve purchased whirlpool, GE in the past, they have lasted long, but features haven’t! This washer has soo many features, it’s capable of a lot! It’s capacity is large! Will test the longevity of the Samsung brand(all my other appliances are Samsung and they’ve lasted long)

I absolutely love this washer and dryer set! The drum is huge so you can definitely leave any doubt u have in the past. It’s quite and hums a little tune when your clothes are done. I love the many options given when selecting which wash best fits your load, being able to connect to the app with ease was a plus

I’m totally in love with this washer! It has so many options to choose from including the number of rinse cycles, spin speeds, various pre-set wash cycle selections, and a water jet feature to allow spot washing, plus lots of other features. I especially love the lid, it’s slow closing plus it’s clear, giving you the option to look inside without stopping it. It’s quiet and does a fantastic job. The loads take a little longer than old fashioned machines with center agitators but your clothing comes out very clean and indamaged. I would highly recommend this washer.

Form and function. Handles large loads and cleans great.

First of all, I don't buy Samsung appliances. I always thought of Samsung as electronics. However, upon speaking with the employee at this location, he explained slot about this washer, and he changed my mind. I bought it, and I couldn't be happier. I have 5 kids, so the large capacity of this washer just works! Love It!
