I like the larger load size. It allows me to wash items that I would normally have to take to the laundromat. I’m also comfortable knowing that bulky items will also be cleaned in the comfort of my own home. There are plenty of different cycle options to meet my needs.

The installers were great. I used my washer the day that I got . It’s great. But I don’t know why there is a no spin option. But I love it.

This washer is quiet, feature loaded and works 1000x better than our last. We aren’t dreading doing laundry like we used to. Almost one month and easily 20 loads in and we’re loving it.

This washer is rhe absolute best so far. Its so large, i am now washing 1-2x per week for a family of 4 compared to the 1x per day with my old washer. And it plays music! ;)

This washer is great. It holds 2 comforters possibly 3. Lots of settings including adding extra water to the wash. I like my clothes completely covered so I always use extra fill. It just fills to right above clothes. I’m short and I can still reach the bottom to get the clothes out. I’ve only had it almost a month but so far so good.

Second samsung appliance for laundry that we have owned. Works well and is spacious enough for a king size comforter. “Active water jet” is just a fancy way of saying you can hand wash / pre rinse as you are filling the tub, it has a little fountain spout that pours water at the push of a button.

Our washing machine had a leak, but the repair would have been $200+. We decided to get a new unit because we were tired of the front loader anyway. This top load washer is great for our small apace so we can leave the top open to dry and not make our clothes have a musty odor. Satisfied so far this first month!

Great product for a great price. We went to the Best Buy in mooresville, NC. They were super helpful. My mom finally got her washing machine, other stores just kept pushing back her delivery date with out even having the product. It’s easy for my mom to use and comes with all the features she likes.

Very big upgrade. I had a standard ge that always kept the clothing wet after a cycle. Samsung is a massive upgrade

Very impressed with the load capacity of this washer. What used to take me 3 separate loads to do can now be done in one big load. The spin cycle gets nearly all the water out leaving clothes just barely damp. The window top is kind of unique as you can actually watch your clothes being washed.

It’s great! The price of this machine was not something we can pass up as we needed one asap. Quiet and does the job efficiently
