Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have been in possession of this washer for a few years now, and from the very beginning, it has consistently displayed the error message "heavy load," halting the cycle. This necessitates us to rearrange the clothes to ensure even distribution, a tedious and time-consuming task. This issue is particularly frustrating as I have never encountered such a problem with any other washer. Unfortunately, we were unable to return the washer when the problem first arose, and thus, we have been tolerating this inconvenience ever since. Given Samsung's reputation as a reputable brand, we opted to purchase their washer and dryer. However, I must express my disappointment with the current situation. I may not consider a Samsung washer in the future, as it is unreasonable to have to constantly adjust the load, even when dealing with just three towels, as depicted in the attached video and image.

It has a deep fill setting which I use quite often . Spins the water out of the clothes efficiently. Has a delightful chime to let you know when the load of laundry is done

Since purchasing it, and using it extensively, it has made my laundry chores a lot less problematic. It really does all that it claims, and more. The gentlemen who installed it, along with the companion dryer, were exceptionally professional and thorough.

I don’t think I thought this through!!! Seriously I have to stand on a step stool to get the wet laundry out. My old non-matched dryer —which was very large when I bought it— can only dry half a load in one go. It washes well, though.

Was delivered on time and installed in a professional manner. The washing machine is huge. There had yet to be a pile of clothes that I've sta led for 2 weeks that hasn't been able to be done in 1 load. It cleans perfect and has a lot of really nice features. I would reccomend this washing machine
