 this is an awesome product that will make life much simpler. It is easy to take care of. It is durable and reliable. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

I've only had it a couple of weeks but so far it works great. I like the glass top to see what's going on. I like that I can push the power button and use the water jet to rinse whatever before I close the lid. If you find something to throw in after it's started, the lid unlocks in a jif instead of waiting. I'm still figuring a few things out but so far all is good.

I have had this, and its matching partner for 3 months and they have completely changed my laundry game, they are fast, quiet, lowered my utility cost, and the most surprising feature, they play a song when they finish, much better than the angry BZZZZZ i am use to.

This machine is great. I never realized how large 5.0 Cu. Ft. is, or I wouldn't have gotten such a large-capacity washing machine. But that said, this machine accommodates loads of any size, including very small. I have a Samsung refrigerator, and I think the electronics are better in Samsung-brand products.

I'm very satisfied with the customer representative who assisted us with our purchase. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I am also satisfied with the washer we purchased. I love the soak cycle as well as the bedding cycle and the roominess in the machine. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

The setup process from Best Buy was very smooth and complete without any effort from my side, and they delivered on time. The washing machine and dryer itself are very spacious, and the dryer leaves the clothes very warm. I have had it only for a couple weeks though, so will update when more time has passed.

This washer is fantastic. It’s spacious. It easily handles bedding and has a setting for waterproof bedding. It’s easy to adjust water temperature. When the cycle is finished, there’s a nice, musical signal. The washer is also Energy Star certified, which is a plus for me. It’s a really good value.

I don’t love that the drawer to add the soap is at the back of the washer. But, I love that it has a huge capacity and quick wash cycles.

I've had this washer for approximately 6 weeks and am very satisfied. As others have mentioned, it does seem to take longer to wash a load of clothes than my previous washer but the clothes are clean and fresh at the end of each cycle. Plus I do not have to deal with the musty smell of a front loader.

Had for a few months now. Def better than my last LG. Have not had any balance issues where washer stops. I like the deep fill and pre soak options. Does everything I need.

I bought this machine in 2021 and so far it has not failed me at all. I have yet to use my extended warranty for anything and I wash almost everyday. We are very happy with our purchase.
