Great washer. Large drum for big loads. Cleans very well.

Second samsung appliance for laundry that we have owned. Works well and is spacious enough for a king size comforter. “Active water jet” is just a fancy way of saying you can hand wash / pre rinse as you are filling the tub, it has a little fountain spout that pours water at the push of a button.

Had for a few months now. Def better than my last LG. Have not had any balance issues where washer stops. I like the deep fill and pre soak options. Does everything I need.

I got the washer/dryer set. These work amazing and also had the installation. Very professional and amenable to work with me living on base. The delivery time was on time and only took about 15 minutes to set up. I can’t express enough how much I love this set. If you need new washer/dyers look into these first thing !

This washer is great. It holds 2 comforters possibly 3. Lots of settings including adding extra water to the wash. I like my clothes completely covered so I always use extra fill. It just fills to right above clothes. I’m short and I can still reach the bottom to get the clothes out. I’ve only had it almost a month but so far so good.

I love the size of this machine and how it cleans...wish i would have gotten the agitator but all is well

I love this washer. It doesn't have the annoying little turning middle piece like some other washers do. It gives more room and it seems to wash better than those kinds of washers as well.

Our washing machine had a leak, but the repair would have been $200+. We decided to get a new unit because we were tired of the front loader anyway. This top load washer is great for our small apace so we can leave the top open to dry and not make our clothes have a musty odor. Satisfied so far this first month!

Great product for a great price. We went to the Best Buy in mooresville, NC. They were super helpful. My mom finally got her washing machine, other stores just kept pushing back her delivery date with out even having the product. It’s easy for my mom to use and comes with all the features she likes.

I don’t love that the drawer to add the soap is at the back of the washer. But, I love that it has a huge capacity and quick wash cycles.

Very impressed with the load capacity of this washer. What used to take me 3 separate loads to do can now be done in one big load. The spin cycle gets nearly all the water out leaving clothes just barely damp. The window top is kind of unique as you can actually watch your clothes being washed.

Great washing machine, It adds just enough water to wash the clothes. Doesn't use as much soap or fabric softener as my old machine. My clothes come out very clean

Horrible...After only 3 years of use the washer started RUSTING. Why would they make a washer that RUSTS? Samsung WILL NOT REPAIR the washer.

Great washer. The washer has plenty of user friendly settings to help you choose exactly how you want your clothes cleaned. Looks great and cleans great. When your load is done it plays a little jingle to let you know it's finished. You can turn that off if you don't like it.

As I stated in my review of the matching dryer, it's awesome too. I had a small washer, so this was a much needed upgrade. It has a much bigger drum, and washes the clothes very well. I don't have to use as much determine with this washer, so I'm saving lots of money compared to using my other washer. I love it.

I love that this washing machine has settings for bedding as well as a deep clean. The extra large capacity let's me get all my washing completed in one day.

excellent washer. we previously had a samsung that lasted almost 9 yrs with no problems. decided to go with this one since it is very similar to the one we already had. we are a family of five and this washer holds up well. i do multiple loads of laundry at least 3-4 times a week.

This washing machine is really quiet. Very easy to use.

Wow impressed with this washer. I program what i want done and when it is completed a cute tune lets me know. The clothing comes out clean and fresh smelling. Perfect for me.
