I loved the washing machine, it works very well, it washes the clothes very well and leaves them squeezed well.

Amazed at how clean my clothes are! Great washing options and user friendly. Love the cute musical chime at the end of the load! Wish the drum would lift up after the cycle because I am short and need help getting clothes out of the very bottom.

Great washer with a lot of space. Have had zero problems, I have dogs and stick their beds and have no worries about it. Can wash almost my whole King bed set in one load

Washer seems to do an excellent job of cleaning (only used it 4 times so far) and is certainly roomy. Also, I like that it doesn't have a lot of "extras" which will probably never be used by me, such as ability to connect to my smart phone, steam, etc.

GOOD WASHER AND BIG SIZE HELPS GET MORE DONE AND CLEANED.

I LOVE this Washer‼️ It Sensor measures the water for your load size unless you choose deep fill. It has so many options and is large enough for comforters. love, Love, LOVE‼️

Love the design of the glass see-through lid. The control panel is also very nice. As nice as this washer is designed, it wouldn’t mean much if it could not clean our clothes, which it does very well. Also like the tune that it plays when the wash cycle is complete lol.

I will rate this as good, the washer washes my clothes and sheets and towels like it is supposed to. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot fill it with water and leave the top up. I like to be able to let things soaks and this does not allow for that

Absolutely love this washer! It handles all of my work jeans very well. I also love that it has different washing options. Even with bulky items, this washer is quiet. The water jet is a plus! I can hand wash items when need. I would definitely buy this washer again if I have to.

This machine has been a tremendous improvement from what I had before. I love the water spout to clean the soap lid, it senses the clothes level really well and doesn’t over use water, and it’s nice and quiet compared to my precious machines.

We've had this for almost 2 years and it's still working perfectly. Good value for the options and the self-clean notification has been helpful. I wish it had a hand wash option, but so far it's been customizable enough to work around that.

This washer is really quiet and does an amazing job

I’m very pleased with my new washer. I love Samsung products. Very easy to use. Remember to set your water level for larger loads. I do wish it had memory to fill water that’s appropriate for your wash. This step you cannot forget.

This is my second Samsung washing machine I have my first one for about 7 years and after moving we let it drop on the stairs and that was the end of it so I'm so excited to get a new one I love it is very big the only thing I don't like is that it shakes a little bit too much but other than that it's good

The Samsung washer is great. I’m happy we went with the bugger size as were easily able to fit king sheets and all clothes we need into it. Our clothes are washed well as long as we follow the settings and everything has worked out great. I highly recommend the washer.

We have been in possession of this washer for a few years now, and from the very beginning, it has consistently displayed the error message "heavy load," halting the cycle. This necessitates us to rearrange the clothes to ensure even distribution, a tedious and time-consuming task. This issue is particularly frustrating as I have never encountered such a problem with any other washer. Unfortunately, we were unable to return the washer when the problem first arose, and thus, we have been tolerating this inconvenience ever since. Given Samsung's reputation as a reputable brand, we opted to purchase their washer and dryer. However, I must express my disappointment with the current situation. I may not consider a Samsung washer in the future, as it is unreasonable to have to constantly adjust the load, even when dealing with just three towels, as depicted in the attached video and image.
