I've had a few issues with this washer. I've had to exchange it after doing 2 loads. The wash cycles take way too long to finish. But it is spacious and I can fit a lot of clothes into one load.

Had a really bad experience at Lowe’s and Best Buy came to my rescue. From purchase to delivery the personnel at Best Buy were amazing and understanding of clients needs. My washer was ordered and delivered in a weeks time. It’s quiet and easy to work. I love it!

We have been in possession of this washer for a few years now, and from the very beginning, it has consistently displayed the error message "heavy load," halting the cycle. This necessitates us to rearrange the clothes to ensure even distribution, a tedious and time-consuming task. This issue is particularly frustrating as I have never encountered such a problem with any other washer. Unfortunately, we were unable to return the washer when the problem first arose, and thus, we have been tolerating this inconvenience ever since. Given Samsung's reputation as a reputable brand, we opted to purchase their washer and dryer. However, I must express my disappointment with the current situation. I may not consider a Samsung washer in the future, as it is unreasonable to have to constantly adjust the load, even when dealing with just three towels, as depicted in the attached video and image.

I have owned top of the line washers in the past, but I will have to say this is probably my favorite washer of all. I will no longer buy a front loader, they are terrible. I love this top loader and love that it has a clear top.

I was really excited for this washer not only was it a size upgrade it was something from this decade. but compared to my previous washer from probably the 80s im not loving it. The wash cycle presets can be frustrating if you dont catch that Almost everything is washed on hot and i feel like i need to push the deepfill option for everything. And i dont feel like it gets my clothing as clean. We have 2 dogs and it seems like the hair doesn't come off at all. Its best feature for me is the size at this point because i can wash my bedding at home rather then a laundry mat.

The washer is quiet and looks great. It does take longer to wash than a washer with an agitator would.

Very happy with my new washer. However, I have a small area for placement, and the washer is larger than I preferred. However, it fits and works well. Very happy with the performance and how my laundry when finished. Lots of good perks added.

Fantastic washer, had it for a little over two years now and it’s never done me wrong, still runs like new! I wish they’d start adding custom cycle buttons though

So far so good. It has a large tub and can easily fit a large number of clothes and bedding. Lots of choices depending on the items being washed. Quiet and efficient.

Has a deep fill option that covers the clothes in water..a good thing in my opinion. Average load takes about 2 hours. Clothes come out clean. Have to be careful to load the washer evenly or it become unbalanced and will alarm. Has only happened once so far. All around good washer.

Quality Made washer that’s easy to use. I absolutely love the impeller vs the agitator. It’s easy to through things in and let the wager balance itself out instead of trying to evenly distribute around a post.

Works great and has different time settings. Really quiet and easy to use

Only have had this product for a little over a month and so far, so good. I haven't read the manual fully beyond normal use but I can tell you that it does clean your clothing well. Like I said I havent had it that long but right now I'm happy with it.

We got this washer to replace our old washer that had a center adjator. We like that we can wash our cal king comforter in it. You can select a deep fill on certan settings if you need that. At time we use that feature with my work clothes.

I've never had more fun doing laundry to be honest with you. Easy to use, great features like the different washing cycles, music it makes when washing is done, see thru lid, no spinny thing in the middle and it is very quiet when washing. Great price!. Highly recommended!

Not only is this washer pleasing on the eyes, but also it is fun to watch (so say my parents). The nicest feature for my mom is that there is nothing in the middle so she can easily remove clothes from the washer. My dad likes how easy it is to add detergent and fabric softener.

I bought a pair of Samsung washer and dryer for my new townhome. I am very happy with the Samsung products. The washer with 40% vibration reduction technology, which did make the washer much more quiet when spinning. I'll recommend it.

Would definitely recommend this to anybody in the market for a washer and dryer . Get the combo it’s worth it. Easy delivery and installation. Thank you Best Buy.
