My whirlpool Cabrini died on us after 5 years, so we did a little research and apparently Samsung is supposedly a good brand for washers. So far I haven’t had any issues but I did purchase all warranties available for this item.

I have been really enjoying my Samsung 5.0 cubic high efficiency load washer with the active water jet. My clothes are washed very clean and smell so fresh.

Updated washer from Wonderful 18 yr old maytag...that didn't pull in hot water anymore... but everything else did Great Job of cleaning laundry. This Samsung... REALLY DISAPPOINTED with how damp clothes are when done with cycle.. on Highest spin setting. I

Best washer I have ever had. Fits far more then you would think. 2 loads of my last washer fit in this one with room to spare. Highly recommend

It's a Great Washer without the classic agitator. The only thing about it is that it takes longer to wash clothes. Thankfully though, it doesn't give off the mildew like smell of a front loader. The 5.0 cubic feet assures a larger load and the deep fill option affords the larger load to be thoroughly cleaned.

Washing machine works amazing the settings are easy to use and it has plenty of space for our queen bed sheets to wash fabulous

So happy with the choice to get this washing machine. Its so easy your kids can do the laundry with just push buttons and no annoying loud buzzer!

Been using for 1 year and still love it. easy to clean and maintain. only downside is large loads like bedding and blankets have to sometimes be manually adjusted due to balance. Overall great machine!

Purchased this dryer since I just moved the country july 2022. As of Feb 2024, it still works PERFECTLY! Awesome purchase.

So far so good! A month in and we don't have any problems with this washer. I do worry about the lid getting scratched (the plastic seems pretty soft), but otherwise its' working really well. This washer holds a TON and hasn't given us any problems.

Bought this as I had recently bought same one a few years ago. The Washer stayed with a home we sold. Was happy to get same washer. The unit does seem a bit more compact which is good for smaller room.

Replaced washer and dryer which we had for 12 years with a pair of Samsung products. Overall we are happy with their performances but it will take time to figure out all the best/appropriate settings on the washer.

Washer stops rinse and or spin if it senses any unbalanced items inside. Alarm goes off until you fix it. Takes a long time for loads. Even the "quick wash" takes 30 minutes plus. Does wash well once you figure out how to work it.

Got this to replace a Maytag front loader that leaked, shook like crazy, would get smelly, threw error codes all the time. The Samsung is nice - enough options but not too much. The drum is quite large, I read online that one should keep the load size to about 15 lb of clothes, which is 10 bath towels. So that's what I am doing. For those who are wondering whether to buy a top load or front load - the top loaders *do* use more water. Quite a bit more. This bad boy fills the tub up during the final rinse. And this machine is slower to complete a load that the front loader. On the other hand, towels are more fluffy, knit fabrics are not showing wear or damage. And I had problems with the "high end" Maytag commercial front loader within a year. So, I loaded up the extended warranty on this, and I gonna roll with it. A minor annoyance - the "start" button and the "power" button are next to each other. I have an amazing ability to set up the load, then hit power and cancel it all out.

No agitator, many wash options and not too deep that a 5’2” person can reach the bottom. I am able to reach the items in the machine comfortably on this model.
