Great product that provides fresh, clean smelling clothes after each washing! Cleans much better than our previous washer.

Been using for 1 year and still love it. easy to clean and maintain. only downside is large loads like bedding and blankets have to sometimes be manually adjusted due to balance. Overall great machine!

Bought this as I had recently bought same one a few years ago. The Washer stayed with a home we sold. Was happy to get same washer. The unit does seem a bit more compact which is good for smaller room.

Replaced washer and dryer which we had for 12 years with a pair of Samsung products. Overall we are happy with their performances but it will take time to figure out all the best/appropriate settings on the washer.

It's a Great Washer without the classic agitator. The only thing about it is that it takes longer to wash clothes. Thankfully though, it doesn't give off the mildew like smell of a front loader. The 5.0 cubic feet assures a larger load and the deep fill option affords the larger load to be thoroughly cleaned.

So far so good! A month in and we don't have any problems with this washer. I do worry about the lid getting scratched (the plastic seems pretty soft), but otherwise its' working really well. This washer holds a TON and hasn't given us any problems.

Fantastic washer, had it for a little over two years now and it’s never done me wrong, still runs like new! I wish they’d start adding custom cycle buttons though

Washer stops rinse and or spin if it senses any unbalanced items inside. Alarm goes off until you fix it. Takes a long time for loads. Even the "quick wash" takes 30 minutes plus. Does wash well once you figure out how to work it.

Got this to replace a Maytag front loader that leaked, shook like crazy, would get smelly, threw error codes all the time. The Samsung is nice - enough options but not too much. The drum is quite large, I read online that one should keep the load size to about 15 lb of clothes, which is 10 bath towels. So that's what I am doing. For those who are wondering whether to buy a top load or front load - the top loaders *do* use more water. Quite a bit more. This bad boy fills the tub up during the final rinse. And this machine is slower to complete a load that the front loader. On the other hand, towels are more fluffy, knit fabrics are not showing wear or damage. And I had problems with the "high end" Maytag commercial front loader within a year. So, I loaded up the extended warranty on this, and I gonna roll with it. A minor annoyance - the "start" button and the "power" button are next to each other. I have an amazing ability to set up the load, then hit power and cancel it all out.

I actually really love this washer. The only problem is they’re supposed to be a barcode on the washer that you can scan to be able to control it from your phone and it doesn’t work and it hasn’t worked since I purchased the product

I love this size of this Samsung Washer! It's not your average size and I can even wash comforters in there! Lot's of bells and whistles on this washer too! So glad to have decided to go with a Samsung product!

I spent 9 hours on one wash last weekend due to the easily triggered unbalanced load issue that has plagued this ma hine since the very beginning. I tried all the DYI fixes, and have been rinsing by hand, sqeezing out the water, then hanging to dry until dry enough to put in dryer or put away. Best buy redirected me to another # since I didn't get the extra warranty with them (bought new 6/2020). That # was someone trying to sell me a medical alert service! Not to mention this machine does not clean well, even if presoak and wash twice. I am so angry that I bought this garbage. I should have just bought nothing, at least I would have saved the $ since my hands are doing the work. Pure garbage

We. Love. This washer. We went back to the top load from the front loader and will never go back. Cleans our clothes and has tons of settings to clean everything properly. Love the internal water spout for stain washing too

Love the see-through top and the waterfall action. The washer does a good job, however, I wash only in cold water, and notice that some things are not looking too clean. My fault. I will experiment with hot water.

Excellent washer! The load capacity is amazing. You can just keep filling and filling it and it doesn’t appear to make a dent in the size. Seems to wash quickly and efficiently. Haven’t run anything extremely dirty in it yet but I’m sure we will without problems.

This is a great washer. Uses less water and detergent. Large capacity for comforters, lots of towels or a lot of jeans. It is a little louder than the older machines but that's because it's a stronger wash agitation. It looks good as well. Very sleek and modern looking.

Do not purchase! It lasted exactly two years and now the calibration is shot. I a cannot do any size load without fighting with the machine to stay, balanced and spin it down. I have purchased a set from LG and will never buy Samsung appliances again.

Had to rebuy this because I liked it. Unfortunately everyone over stuffed the washer so it only lasted 3 years
