Upon using it, very quiet (which I liked). What I definitely do not like: the length of time to do a load of clothes. It should not take 1-2 hours to wash a load of clothes. I do like the features that comes with this washer. However, adding the features, increases the timing for the load. Wish I could give it back and make another selection. This is the first time I tried a Samsung Washer. I should have stayed with the brands I have come to trust.

This replaced an 8 year old LG that had water issues. It kept doing multiple rinses. Aside from the fact that now my washer and dryer don’t match I wasn’t going the LG route again.

Tub is HUGE and it cleans clothes well. The tub is very deep so thats worth noting that its hard to get to the bottom to reach the clothes. Otherwise, I'd recommend!

It took a couple washes to learn how to get things right. The sales manager was amazing and gave us tips on how this type of washer washes and he was 100% correct.

The only problem is they’re supposed to be a barcode on the washer that you can scan to be able to control it from your phone and it doesn’t work and it hasn’t worked since I purchased the product
