This washer machine is great. He first washer we bought was a Maytag and was not as quite as the Samsung washer. I would really recommend the washer machine for the price. Best Buy had great Delivery people to set it up.

So far this has been great. The inside is a lot bigger than it looks. Even the big loads get very clean.

This was my first ever washer purchase since I moved out on my own. I love that I can fit my entire laundry basket because it’s super huge. This also has a mini water jet to wash smaller sized items. So far, no complaints!

Upgraded from a 20 year old whirlpool so any new washer was going to impress but this model has really blown us away. The controls and options are perfect and the large capacity takes some getting used to.

I've only had this dryer about a month, but so far, I like it. The appearance is nice and has some nice features that I like and haven't had in a washer before. Just like the dryer I purchased to go along with it, it plays a nice soft chime when the the wash is complete instead of getting some horribly loud buzzer. The reason I gave a good instead of excellent on ease of use was that the third time I used it, an alarm went off on it and the code that came up on the screen had nothing to do with what was wrong. Then I noticed the tv's had some problems and realized the storm which we had that night must have caused some electrical glitch. After re-reading the manual, I unplugged and replugged the electric cord which re-set the washer. I haven't had any issues since.

Love this washer! This one has a huge tub. Can even do bedding! I like the glass top too you can see the process. And Best Buy was super quick with delivery! Beat Lowe’s by over 2 weeks!!! Ordered online Sat and had it on Monday.

Quiet, smart, and large! It gets the job done in the best possible way! Not one complaint! By the time i have to put the clothes/sheet in the dryer they are barely damp. Which makes it easier on the dryer and avoid over drying.

I like this washer. It is spacious inside so I can put more clothes for a time compared to my old washer.

The only thing I like is the see thru lid. Maybe it’s me with this water saving washers but when I wash my clothes I’d like my clothes to be covered with water not just splashed. It gets unbalanced easy which ends up adding additional time for load to finish. If you wash on anything but quick wash takes 103 minutes to wash on permanent press. As far as mechanical I haven’t had any issues yet.

I love how I can put one big load in without dividing it into two loads saves me time.

We have been using this washer for a little bit now. Its a very clean, simplistic look and thats what we like. It cleans our clothes as expected and it chimes a little song when its done which i absolutely hate but my wife loves it.

I purchased this Samsung HE top-loader after reading BB reviews. Easy to use. A great value and they were in stock - important today with so many products on back order or long waits.

Do not purchase! It lasted exactly two years and now the calibration is shot. I a cannot do any size load without fighting with the machine to stay, balanced and spin it down. I have purchased a set from LG and will never buy Samsung appliances again.

My clothes smell good again since we bought this washer and dryer set! It’s large capacity, so it doesn’t take us near as long to do laundry!

It does what it is supposed to do. Quiet. Glass top is great to see what is in the machine. You do have to reach way down to get the clothes at the bottom. I'm 5'8" and I still need to stretch to reach, but someone shorter may need a step stool.

The best feature with this washing machine is the amount of clothes that it can wash and also the quick cycle is excellent

So far we have been happy with the washer. It’s not as quiet as I had hoped, but it could be worse. Nice features, large tub and easy to use.
