Excellent washer. This replaced an 8 year old LG that had water issues. It kept doing multiple rinses. Aside from the fact that now my washer and dryer don’t match I wasn’t going the LG route again.

I was impressed by the reviews on this selection. Upon using it, very quiet (which I liked). What I definitely do not like: the length of time to do a load of clothes. It should not take 1-2 hours to wash a load of clothes. I do like the features that comes with this washer. However, adding the features, increases the timing for the load. Wish I could give it back and make another selection. This is the first time I tried a Samsung Washer. I should have stayed with the brands I have come to trust.

We've had this washer for about a month now and we're very happy with it. It's pretty quiet and the built-in faucet is a great feature. I would definitely recommend this washer.

Love the touch controls, the design of where detergent/softener is added and no agitator in middle. Tub so deep I have to stand on stool to reach bottom-short girl problem! Washed comforter with excess room in the tub,

Washer was easy to hook up, however if you are use to water staying in tub to wash this washer does not because it is high efficiency. It does seem to wash the clothes well

So far so good. Uses less detergent and less water than my previous washer. Had a front loader that no matter what I did it smelled really bad. Love how much I can fit in the washer.

this washer is for my husband's mudroom. He is a farmer and get's very dirty. Also has a lot of jeans and overalls to wash. The machine does a great job and he is very happy with it!

This washer has great capacity level. Washing less loads per week. Much more energy efficient than the older machines. Uses less water and detergent.

This was an amazing purchase. The was a major upgraded for my family. It took a couple washes to learn how to get things right. The sales manager was amazing and gave us tips on how this type of washer washes and he was 100% correct.

Way bigger than our previous washer, and is definitely worth the upgrade if you are thinking about it!

easy to use washer however, the programming does not save. you have to select the water temp, wring type each time you wash.

Quiet, easy to use and does the job very well! Best thing is that it didn't come damaged when delivered. Had two Whirpool's delivered with defects (even coming out of the box) prior to this one in a period of 3 months.

I love this washer. It washes well, just make sure you dont put too many clothes in.

Just an FYI, Samsung has very poor customer service. If you haven't had issues with your Samsung washer (or other products) this item may actually work well for you. In our case, we bought this washer brand new for our tenants. The washer stopped spinning just after 5 months (Unbalanced error code; COMMON ISSUE WITH SAMSUNG WASHER BTW). Samsung technician came out and told us that there was nothing wrong with the unit and that they should try smaller loads. We did some testing and the unit was continuing to experience the issue with small loads of just a few tshirts, socks, etc. We had a local technician come out (~$90) and tell us that the unit needed some new components to repair (Stabilizers or something can't remember) that was going to cost in the realm of $300. So now we have Samsung telling us they won't come back out after they clearly mis diagnosed the issue. We did purchase a Geek Squad protection plan, so we'll be going back to Best Buy to ask them to fix the issue since Samsung won't. Lesson here is, Samsung buyers beware. Luckily we learned this just before deciding on which OLED TV we were going to purchase. We decided with a SONY instead. Not sure if Samsung Customer Service will be improving any time soon, but until we start seeing different results, we'll probably stay away from their products until we do.
