Very pleased with this washing machine. Large canister which can accommodate my larger item. Very easy to use. Service man explained the use instructions very thoroughly

This is a nice machine but it's overly complicated. I wish I could just choose the size of the load and hit start. It tries to conserve water, but often doesn't fill up enough (even though I ran the calibration cycle twice). I usually end up setting it to deep wash which fills it completely and wastes a lot of water. I wish I still had my 30 yr old washer which was so much easier to operate.

Just what i was looking for since i did not want a front load machine and wanted white only. It has all the features and love the waterjet very quite large capacity for comforters.

It works perfectly. I love everything about the washer machine. It cleans my clothes efficiently and fast.

My old washer was large but still had a center column taking up space, this unit does not and it makes getting large comforters in and out a breeze. I'd rate this 10/10 so far.

I love buying Best Buy appliances and buying the protection plans with it. This washer came with a price break, and works great. And, if anything ever does go wrong, it's covered by extended warranty.

Washer has been working wonderfully. Love all the bells and whistles on it compared to the super cheap second hand washers I've usually always used. Holds a lot as well which is something I wasn't used to.

Even though we are a family of two, it is so nice to complete a load of laundry at one time. The tub is huge and without the spindal in the middle, nothing gets stretched out or torn. Love it!!

Washes clothes well. Offers plenty of cycles so you don’t waste water and electricity. The ending chime at the end of the cycle is a bit annoying, but you can turn it off.

So I bought this as a set and was thinking it was going to be great Name brand, more expensive nope. So it takes an an hr and half to do a normal load and god forbid you hit the power button for a split second then it drains all the water out and you get to start again. Tried calling the number for Samsung to get help to get the child lock off so I could put clothes in for the second use and after almost an hr we finally got someone but they didn't care about the model number or anything they just cared about personal info its also located in India so they didn't understand what we were asking. I also tried checking my water temp and even with no child lock the water doesn't run so if you want to make sure its at the right temp good luck. The issue I had yesterday was the spin cycle after 3 trys and resetting the dang thing it finally kicked for my soaked clothes.

Definitely would purchase again. I am now able to do larger loads and it’s quite.

Great washing machine. Huge capacity! Definitely an upgrade for us. A lot of cool features. We got the extended warranty through Geek Squad to ensure years of good service from this machine.
