Quick wash and quiet. The looks goes well with my kitchen

Takes a little getting use to the water conservation of this washer It also seems to run longer. But ovetall it is ecactly asy saleswoman explained.

I purchased this washer because of the great reviews, it almost being 5stars. I have been disappointed from day 1 with this washer. From the first load of darks I did, every article of clothing came out with white stuff all over them. I waited a few months using the washer. I found every load, no matter what setting you choose, will use Hot water! Even the coldest setting will still use hot water. When I spoke with someone at Samsung they told me all of their washers use hot water to rinse. I have never had a washing machine that would use hot water when you specifically select cold. When I spoke with customer support they had me do a cleaning, drain hoses and asked me to call them back after I did everything. I waited another month or so trying different combinations and am still having the same problem. I did however find that if I use the delicates setting I don't have the white film on our clothes. But the delicate setting does not do a full spin so I have to re-spin the clothes after each load. I Finally found time to sit down and call them back and the wait time is over an hour. Still waiting for them to call me back. BestBut will not allow me to return this washer as it is over their threshold for the return. I do not recommend this washer or any washer from Samsung.

User friendly, great for a large family doing multiple loads.

So far I give this unit top marks after one month's usage, purchased to replace a broke 10-yr old Whirlpool Cabrio washer that needed several repairs over its brief lifespan

I really like this washer. It's very quiet and it gets the job done. It is large enough for king size items. This was a great buy.

The washer and dryer are nice and beautiful, and they work very quietly. The people who install them at home are very nice and have a very good attitude. I'm very satisfied

Only had this for a week but I love it! Everything comes out clean and the spin cycle is awesome! My clothes are almost dry before I put them in the dryer!

Its a great washer! However, some of the cycle choices can take a while to finish and depending on what other products are added besides just detergent can really drag out the wash cycles.

Very large capacity for a few person household. Works well and clothes get clean. Like the top loading vs the front loader had before.

This machine is a real winner. Replaced a LG front loader..... My wife finds this so much easier to unload--loves the high capacity

So far so good. Washer can handle big loads. We got an extra discount because a we had previously bought other Samsung appliances.

This washer determines the water levels for you. No agitator means more room for clothes or towels. The cycles are automatically timed so you know when to check on your laundry.
