So far excellent, only one month so time will tell. a couple things took some adjustment (i) the method of washing (no inner 'turbine', just water jets) means longer wash times, could be up to a couple hours, and (ii) the same method means 'on/off', 'right/left' rather than continuous sloshing of a traditional machine. the sound, although quiet, takes some getting used to. That said, the cleaning of clothes is excellent, and without any damage. So well worth the extra time and adjustment to unusual sound.

I love it. My first washer purchase. It’s bigger than I had anticipated because I don’t think I researched it’s size enough. The inside drum is enormous. It washes great.

Overall this is a great washing machine. Plenty of different settings for all different types of laundry needed. Very easy to use.

While I haven't had the chance to utilize all of the different cycles, eveything I have used so far works as it is supposed to. Seems to clean well. Easy to load and unload.

I am a big fan of Samsung electronics and had some reservations about purchasing their appliances. I did a week or so of research when looking at purchasing a replacement washer and dryer and unfortunately found a counter to every good review. I found that this was a common theme for all brands. I based my decision on how pleased I am with my other Samsung products, and to date I am pleased with my purchase. Given all the new electronics on these newer appliances, I opted for the 5 year Geek Squad protection.

I am very pleased with this washer - its stainless steel interior, its various washing selections and ability to get items clean.

Great price, love the machine. Very quiet and effiencent. Was concerned about it now using alot of water but clothes is clean and fresh. Does a great job on all my clothes.

Excellent washer. I am so enjoying its simplicity in operation. May sound crazy but it is great being able to watch what is going on. Its much quieter than my last machine. I just washed my mattress padded cover with ease with the load capacity that i purchased…..very happy and look forward to doing my laundry.

I needed a wash machine looked around in Best Buy.I had my eyes on this Lg 5.0 cubic feet do I asked about but it’s out of stock and it wouldn’t be in until August 31 so the sale associate said. Then he showed me this one Samsung 5.0 cubic feet .We discussed the price and when was it able to get here so that one was the following weekend.I love the machine but it’s truly something I should have left in the store .It has this Active Waterjet system and I truly don’t know how to used it. I don’t use it much cause I don’t want to damage it by trying to wash.

Our old washer died out and we needed something new. I was skeptical of the difference in agitator but it washes so well. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but so far so good.

Overall its a good value and decent washer that can hold a lot of clothes per wash. Plus it's energy star rated which is nice

Love, love, love! It’s quiet and my clothes look great! I love the deep fill option as well as the little chimes at the end!
