Only had a short while but love it so far.

Seems to clean well. Easy to load and unload.

Then he showed me this one Samsung 5.0 cubic feet .We discussed the price and when was it able to get here so that one was the following weekend.I love the machine but it’s truly something I should have left in the store .It has this Active Waterjet system and I truly don’t know how to used it. I don’t use it much cause I don’t want to damage it by trying to wash.

I did a week or so of research when looking at purchasing a replacement washer and dryer and unfortunately found a counter to every good review. I found that this was a common theme for all brands. I based my decision on how pleased I am with my other Samsung products, and to date I am pleased with my purchase. Given all the new electronics on these newer appliances, I opted for the 5 year Geek Squad protection.
