Figured its was time to replace our old Samsung washer that lasted us almost 11 years. This new on is amazing and the fact that is has a cup rinse option is cool. It also reminds you to run the clean cycle to keep the machine clean. Works perfectly. Love it.

This is an excellent washer. The drum is quite deep, so it may be a challenge for shorter folks to reach the bottom of the tub.

This washer is great! It’s deep and can handle large loads. And I believe it does a wonderful job of cleaning our clothes. Great investment for me.

My mom loves it. 1st time you put it on there itll spin to calibrate or spin or distribute the clothes then itll start putting waternin with the detergent.

can handle a heavy load and it does not vibrate and stop . lots of extra functions the clothing does not get stretched . comes out almost dry

Washer has worked fabulous, no design flaws. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean after each wash.

Easy to use, holds large loads, and spins clothes really well so less time needed for drying. I prefer it the front loader I had before.

Has a lot of features and works well and efficiently

This junk arrived dented from Best Buy then wouldn’t fill with water right out of the box. I checked to make sure that the water was properly hooked up by pushing the water jet manual button and there was in fact water coming out. Also I had a professional plumber install it so there’s no reason why you should have any problems especially since an eight year old car install it as it is. When I went to try to figure out a way to drain this thing I used the spin only option, it spun for a few minutes and then the time went from nine minutes to twenty three minutes and started filling up with water then. I called Samsung to see if they could help and when they instructed me on how to do the calibration, the calibration didn’t work either and even the Samsung rep said sounded like the junk was broken right off of the bat and to return it. Going back today. Not sure if this is just a Samsung issue or if it was more damaged than we originally thought (dents) but even the Best Buy delivery guy told me that he had a client that it took four times to get an appliance that wasn’t damaged. Sounds like they have some quality control issues in the warehouses here at Best Buy.
