Much better sound than expected. Easy to set up and fun

I had a vizio sound system in the front and decided to upgrade and it was money well spent. System was on display at store so I was able to listen to it before I purchased sounds great I added the two surround sound speakers also Samsung they work perfectly together

This is by far the best soundbar system I have owned. The sound is clear and the base is crisp. It is truly immersive and fills the room like a high-end surround system without just trying to be loud. The treble and bass settings are also customizable beyond the standard movie, game, surround, etc. modes.

That’s not my first soundbar and I’d like to recommend this product even though I used to buy Sony device. This new generation Samsung 5.1 soundbar really sounds good with my new Samsung 4K TV. Compare to flat sound of TV you can be happy to listen to music, special effects directly from TV or the other sources.

Was in offer same day i bought the NU8000 TV. Sound quality is pretty good. I was expecting better Sync with the Samsung TV, but found that several times had to change mode in order for the TV detect the SoundBar, several times just lost Sync using Optical Cable, finally i starting using the Bluetooth on it and seems to be working better.

I listened to several sound bars in the store before purchasing this one. Was there difference between this and the Sanos? Sure, but not $1200 more worth. Has really good sound and bass. Connected easily to the TV and final set up was easy. Unless your into high end audio enjoyment, this is plenty for everyday use.

awesome soundbar great sound and bass grat for movies

I had been having issues with my previous Samsung Soundbar for some time and it was in need of being replaced. I was hoping to eliminate the external subwoofer for the new soundbar, only getting one of the newer ones with the bar alone. I couldn't pass up the sale that this unit happened to be on at the time, and figured to give it a shot based on its reviews. I was not let down. Installation could not have been more simple, and it did not require some complex mystic chanting or sacrifice to the Gods in order to get my main remote control to also control it. There's good amounts of settings for varied sound types. I've been using it for over 3 months now and overall, a good purchase!

The Samsung 5.1-Channel Soundbar System with 6-1/2" Wireless Subwoofer and Digital Amplifier was a Black Friday purchase and an excellent value. So far I've been very impressed with the great sound it provides and though technology is everchanging, one will get a full theatre-goer experience with this product.

I was looking for a mid range sound bar that was capable of filling my large living room with great sound. This sound bar more than fulfills this. Set up took less than 10 seconds and required zero input from me. Of course I do have a Samsung tv as well. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Good sound with fair features, but expensive product

I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this soundbar. It sounds good but not as loud as I wanted it to. The "surround" sound is not as immersive as I thought it would be. The way my living room is set up, doesn't allow it to bounce as it needs to like in the pictures that the manufacturer shows in its description of its product. It paired well with my 2017 MU8000. There is plenty of options in settings to play with on the tv with the sound bar such as woofer and 7 band EQ I think. I have tried game mode once. I played red dead redemption 2. had it up to 40 or 50 volume. sounds good. not sure what the difference was between that and surround mode. My favorite thing about it is the center channel for dialogue. I still recommend this soundbar if you can get it for a lot less that what it retails for. Other than that I wouldn't fool with this one. Also had a problem with my one connect box that was a tv issue that I got resolved with Samsung. The one connect had some problems and wouldn't connect the soundbar via hdmi arc. once I replaced the one connect box and cord, it worked flawlessly with the anynet+ option on.

I got it on sale so it was a easy decision but even at full price I would say I would probably buy it anyways. Great build quality and founds great. Two things I could complain about is the Bluetooth doesn’t automatically connect. You have to pair it every time which is kind of annoying. Also the sub could be louder.

Overall great sound bar but had issues with HDMI ARC connection from TV to Soundbar. It worked well for a while and then had to use the optic cable again. Sound is amazing on surround sound. I recommend getting the surround speaker unit that connects via WiFi to the sound bar to have a truly home cinema experience

I brought this with rear speakers (SWA-8500S/ZA) to replace my old Onkyo system with wire speakers went dead last week. This new speakers and power subwoofer improved better sound for my hearing aids. I can now hear with background music or any other sounds from TV shows and movies.

Very happy with this speaker. The sound is great! Didn’t want to spend a ton of money, so initially bought the Visio 3 channel sound bar. Did NOT like it! The bass was way too heavy and it vibrates loudly. Returned it twice and finally upgraded a bit to the Samsung. Couldn’t be happier!

Was on the fence to start off with a soundbar or a receiver. Decided since we needed something for the holidays to play music as well as sound for movies with the family, we would go with this. No regrets, sounds great and works perfectly, will purchase the rear wireless speakers soon.

Buying this at an on sale price / 50% off...it was good deal. However, at full price, $500...and the next best option from Samsung being the Harden Karmin sound bar with DOLBY ATMOS....I was expecting more sound. Huge difference between the two...but again, at half off it is a great sounding sound bar.

We bought this soundbar when doing a little living room renovation. It hangs on the wall on the brackets that come with it and sounds amazing! The sub was easy to set up and I love it's wireless connection reducing the amount of wires laying around!
