Only had a few weeks but.....

I was worried after reading other peoples reviews. Like the part where it just dumps the detergent on top of clothes. It actually mixes with the water before filling. Then there was the review about how it locks and you cant add clothes. It does lock but if paused it does unlock. The only thing i could complain about is im short and cant reach the bottom to get small clothes out. Lol bring on the step stool

I previously had another brand that was an impeller. I switched back to the agitator and could not be happier. Water covers the clothes completely. I love the fact that you can download to your phone. It alerts when the cycle has completed. It also alerted when something was off balance, (which was my fauld)

After doing research we found a washer with an agitator is better to clean your clothes than having them just rub up against each other using an impeller. This SMART washer was one of the few with an Agitator, was smart, quiet, and FAST!! Awesome job on clothes, towels and bedding!!
