I recevied my Samsung washer in March 2022 and it is now broken. In Aug 2022 I reported it not working. The techician has been out 3 times to attempt to repair it but has been unsuccessful. It is now October and they still have not repaired it or provided me with a replacement. I was informed by the manager that I had to allow them the opportunity to fix it and if they could not they would replace it. Now I am unable to speak to a manager. I have gone to the store since I can not get anyone to speak to me over the phone. I still was told that the manager would call me back after waiting at the store for over an hour! The next day I still did not get a call but was sent an email after several emails from me, and was informed that a tech would be out on Oct 13, 2022! I have been without a washer for 2 months! The customer service is horrible. I will never buy another appliance or anything from Best Buy Ever. You do not value your customers! Total Tech and extra warranties mean nothing! I am one disheartened customer. And Samsung needs to stick with phones an not appliances. Please do not purchase this appliance! Very heartbroken Customer!
