As soon as I received it, there were issues. The main one being it would take HOURS for 1 wash cycle. At one point the water did not drain and the door did not unlock until the next day after being unplugged for 24 hours. All within the first month of owning it. The Best Buy repair guy stated that Samsung Appliances are the ones they get called out to fix the most. I exchanged for a Maytag.

I can set it to delay the cycle for when I need a load to start before I get home. It also has an app that allows you to tell it what you are washing and it picks the appropriate settings. I got it in the gold option, which reflects my laundry rooms paint color and makes ot all match nicely.

We can use less detergent and the wash definitely comes out cleaner than previous models we had from Samsung and LG with just the impeller.

It washes everything! Doesn't matter if its little or big! I would recommend this particular washer to anyone. Especially a computer illiterate novice like me.
