Runs great - deep bowl. Love the way it times everything

Bought this to replace our former washing machine. Got it at a discount price and we can't complain because it gets the job done and it does it right. It was a return because of the dent in the side, but I don't purchase appliances for appearances.

Seems to be working great. Hope for many years of use.

I absolutely love this washer machine!!! I had an old Samsung washer the sprung a leak that I didn’t want to deal with and decided to buy a new one. I love that I can control the washer with an app on phone, there’s multiple settings to fit my needs and very roomy!!

Love the large capacity and the water access inside the tub. Washer holds so many clothes, I returned to purchase the matching dryer. Also like the waterproof washing feature for cleaning shower curtain.

This washer is like none other. It is quiet, doesn't shake, it plays music when done and best of all the clothes smell clean when they come out. And you can control the speed of the spin. Awesome!

This washer has so many features and works very good. This was my first washer and I’m very impressed also has wifi so you can get phone notifications when it is done. Also washes a king size set really well

This washer is great and I have not even explored all of the tech functions. It holds so much! Great for bedding. Love the ability to customize each load. Only downfall was how long we had to wait for the item to be delivered after we ordered.

I bought this washer a month ago! I love it and I love all the features it has! I really love this Samsung washer, love the color I really love how I can connect my Samsung galaxy s21 to the washer it notification me when my washer is done.

Amazing washer. I would recommend reading manual. I am able to wash a king size comforter with no problem. Can do a weeks worth of dark clothes at one time.

This product is great. The size fits a whole basket of laundry even with an agitator. The only gripe is the chime lasts a little too long which is unnecessary when you have notifications setup on your phone.

I absolutely love my new washer. It's super easy to use and it really provides a nicely cleaned wash. The spin cycle spins clothing so well that there is not a long drying time. The Champayne color.... Love it!

Samsung is making some really great products and this washing machine is no exception. Easy to use and is controllable from your smart phone using the Smart Things App! I would recommend this if you are looking for a quality item.

Have had this washer for 9 months. We have followed all maintenance guidelines and use it pretty infrequently, 3-5 loads a week max. Already the washer has quit and we have to wait a week for a Samsung technician to come fix it. It's having the issue "A problem found in communcations between PBAs". The SmartThings app is also pretty disappointing. It seems to have been written in another language and roughly translated to English. Much of the app is somewhat hard to understand or just poorly worded. Furthermore, the app is pretty buggy and useless in general. Additionally, the user experience for this machine is pretty bad in my opinion. You can turn off the sound notifications that the washer makes, but only some of them shut off. They can be pretty obnoxious. The clothes washing side of things is acceptable on this machine. But you're paying a significant amount of extra money to receive the smart features and quality that you'd expect. I do not recommend this machine.

Have had for close to 3 months now and haven't really used all the bells and whistles, just the Regular and Delicate settings. So far working as needed. I do like the capacity.

Love my new washer but wish it didn’t have agitator in the middle so that I could wash my throw pillows without mangling them. The color is pretty so cheers up the mood.

Beautiful washer with great capacity and tons of settings so whether you are washing delicates, a mix of colors, towels, etc., this washer can handle it all.

It doesn't use enough water on anything except deep fill mode. A medium sized load will be bone dry at the top layer at the end of the cycle. You can trick the sensor by wetting the clothes before it checks the weight but during the rinse cycle, it'll default back to the normal amount of water and won't rinse all the suds out. I don't care about efficiency if I have to run the same load twice to get it clean. Also, I've never had an issue with my clothes getting tangled up into balls or around the agitator until this washing machine so that's real cool too. During the wash cycle it's actually pretty quiet, almost can't hear it with the closet doors closed. But when it starts sucking water out? Sounds like a d@mn jet engine. Way louder than my old washing machine. But I SUPPOSE it counts as being low noise when it is quieter for 50% of the cycle. The champagne is a nice color, the glass lid is nice to be able to see the laundry if you aren't washing above level 3 temp. Easy to check if I need to pause the cycle and untangle my clothes before the agitator rips them apart :))) The app is actually a nice feature, it pings your phone when it's done washing and you can schedule a wash to start an hour before you get home so your clothes aren't sitting damp for 8 hours. Overall I'm not satisfied with this washer but I'm not paying hundreds of dollars to send it back. It looks fancy, has some fancy features but if you want your clothes to be properly washed you're gonna be restricted to one wash cycle, deep fill. Have fun.

Based our our research this should be a great piece in our home. It's scheduled to be delivered and installed by Best Buy next week. Can't wait. I'll update after we put it though its paces.

What I like about my washer is it is quiet you barely hear it washing it also sings a tone when it’s done washing and you are able to adjust the water level when you a small or large load
