Such an easy machine to use and very quiet. We'll see if it stays that way, but this is my favorite washer to date.

Got my mom this washer and dryer and she loves them! She was surprised about the self cleaning as well. All and all best Mother’s Day gift.

I really enjoy this washer and love how well it washes my clothes. There are a ton of washing "recipes," but I stick with the basics. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't stay on once it's finished so I can't connect to it through my phone. It's a minor inconvenience. I recommend getting a step stool to be able to grab all of the laundry because the drum is really deep!

This washer is great! Offers up a great wash with very minimal drum noise. Clothes are washed thoroughly even in bigger loads. Smart features are also great and i got a notification from my samsung tv letting me know my load was done in the middle of a movie!

Large capacity is great for comforters. Does an excellent job with heavy loads. The deep tub is a little difficult to empty,

It's a little high tech. I'm not too up to date on today's technology but I'm having fun trying out the different cycles. So far so good

Great washer so far. Close come out clean. The only reason I picked 4 over 5 stars was it has been a learning curve on how to run the cycles properly. Very different from our old washer where you pick the cycle style, size of load and temp you want to run. This washer somehow senses the amount of water needed. The problem is the water doesn't cover all of the close so I am thinking either we are doing something wrong or it a water saving thing. and doesn't need to.

I had the set almost a month before this review. PROs: The washer does a good job of cleaning, and the set is not too loud. Lovely set. CONs: The washing cycles are long, even for a unit with an agitator! The standard water level in washing is low!! To use the deep water option adds on almost 45 minutes, and can only be used with normal setting. Overall, I am coming from 7 years of a unit without an agitator, so I've become accustom to long washing cycles, even though it's not my preference.

Washes the cloths great, the capacity is so large, it was everything I wanted in a washer. The color is nice too.

We owned front loading washers in the past. After massive mold issues and problems with spin cycles not working correctly if items did not create a balanced load. No more such problems with this washer. Available cycles are awesome and ability exists to tweak if needed. Excellent at cleaning and drying clothes.

Love this washer! So glad I got the agitator in it! It is HUGE! Clothes come out so clean!

Machine gets everything very clean - stains and all. It’s easy to use and quite convenient!

Love this machine. I know there are a lot of reviews about issues. However the only issue i has was due to something getting behind the agitation tub. Samsung sent a repair person within a week and the resolved the issue under essential warranty. Lots of functions and space to wash virtually everything. Bonus of you have Samsung TV and smart home as you can receive alerts on wash status on your TV screen

Love the washing machine. I’m really glad I bought one with Wi-Fi access as I can get notices when the wash is completed.
