So happy with my purchase. Runs quiet, cleans clothes with ease.

My reason for top load was the agitator and waterspout inside the washer, don't have to go to bathroom sink to rinse stains, just turn on and rinse in machine. Sometimes a little sensitive on balance especially on bedding and small rugs. But works great.

Its soo easy to use . so far its been the best washer we have ever had.

This washing machine is absolutely beautiful. It works great has all the settings you’ll need to get your clothing clean. I like the smart things app it is very handy for the visually impaired users. Finally a smart washer that I am able to use being blind.

Ok, apparently there is a bad batch of these from June 2022 to January 2023. Bought mine February 2023. Did 2 loads of laundry and quit with a full tub of soapy water on the 3rd. Had to rinse and wring the whole load out by hand... Threw a code 9C8. It has a bad mother board. I have been without a washer now for 3 weeks and when the repair guy showed up he had ordered the wrong board... so another couple weeks without a washing machine. Man I really wanted this to be a winner. I love samsung brand. I am still a fan, it's beautiful and the 2 times it worked it was awesome. The app is great for your phone, lets you know when it's done. I tried everything online to fix myself, there is a maintenance mode if you push the buttons in a certain order. This machine wouldn't even do that. Just kept showing the error code. I am thankful it was smart enough to know to pump out all the soapy water. So buyer beware, this thing CAN set you up for failure. My GE washer with the knobs was 15 years old and was still running like a champ. Just wanted the cool shiny new machine... really sucks being without it, man are we spoiled. Goodluck people!!

My product had to be shipped to the store and I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified by text that it was available for pick up one day early. The top load style is much preferred by my wife than the front load style we had for 16 years. It is much quieter and able to wash more clothes thus cutting down on the number of loads.

Ok so I have been using this washer for a month or so now. Few things I wish I could have a do over on. 1 like another review said the drum is huge. I am a 5'8" man and if there are clothes on the opposite side of the drum I have to spin the drum towards me to get the clothes. 2 The default setting on normal wash is HOT water I don't want hot, so I have to constantly have to change. 3 99% of the time I have to use deep fill. 4 It seems every time I throw jeans in with other stuff they are constantly tangled. 5 I am sure I am forgetting something. One thing I can say is that the clothes do come out clean. I hate the touch sensors I wish I would have bought one with good ole fashion knobs when the sensors break and I am sure they will I dread seeing the repair bill. If it wasn't such a pain I would send this back and get a 4.5 cu ft with knobs. But I am just to plain lazy to go through that hassle.

Love this washer with its huge capacity and numerous cycles. The only draw back I had was because the tub is so big and deep that my short legged wife had trouble reaching in to get all of her clothes out.
