Beware of this washer and the misleading name brand of the washer. It’s a real shame that Samsung has gone to the level of this washer. You will be fooled into thinking this washer is great and can do anything, however once Samsung does their first software update on this washer, you will be left with a huge paper weight in your laundry room and no way to do your laundry!! With the purchase date of March 2022 this washer is still under warranty, however Samsung has still made no effort to correct this issue or take responsibility for the error code on the washer as a result of their software update. The authorized service technician refused to come look at the washer until Samsung releases a new update for the software stating it was a waste of their time. The technician stated it would be around 12 days for this to happen. Who can wait that long for their washer to be repaired? How are you supposed to do your laundry during that time? For the amount of money you spend on these washers and dryer’s Samsung should be on top of the these issues for their consumers! I refuse to go to a laundromat as they are riddled with germs and I bought a 900.00 washer from Samsung so I did not have to deal with someone else’s germs! Samsung has turned into a huge joke and every time you put in a ticket for service you get the usual apology and then nothing will be accomplished. You get the usual brush off and of course they tell you what you want to hear with nothing being done at all. In the meantime you still have no way to clean your clothes! Can anyone say, “product liability civil suit”?

I'm trying to get used to this washer Normal load water level is way to low at times and it is hard to add water during load. Wash time seems a little excessive. Tub sets a high so its a bit of a stretch to unload the bottom

Awesome washer! The last Samsung washer we bought we didn't realize there was no way to turn off the alarm when it's done. This one has that basic functionality and it has made all the difference.

My review is related to the installation and delivery service that Best Buy used to deliver my washer. The washer itself seems quite nice and I would probably give it 5 stars with a little more experience. Only have run it once and it was solid, quiet and the smart features i.e. i was notified on my iWatch when it finished, is pretty cool. Also, the installation instructions were very good. I paid Best Buy to deliver and install the new washer and haul away my old washer. The delivery guys arrived timely. When the guy went to see the spot where the washer was going, he shut off the water valves. One valve had a single drop of water on the stem. That is it, one drop, no dripping, nothing. He said my valves were leaking. Bullcrap! I figured they were trying to hit me up for replacing the valves at some inflated price. He called his boss. The boss told me that they would not install the washer. That I needed to get a handyman to replace the valves. I told them that the valves do not leak. He gave me the option of leaving the new machine. I paid for installation. They also refused to take my old washer. I paid for that too. They finally agreed to take the old washer if I disconnected it. Bottom line is they just looked for a way to avoid installing the washer. What a bunch of crooks. I am done with Best Buy. They lost a customer. But so far I do like the washer very much. By the way, I did the installation per the Samsung instructions. It went well and the valves are dry, they do not leak.

I am really enjoying my new washer machine! At first, I thought I had to go to college to figure it all out ….. lol

Washing machine has done its job Perfectly. Something I wasn’t expecting was it’s sensing capabilities. It seems like it uses very little water to do its job. Had sufficient cycles plus a programmable one.

Instructions are inadequate. I'm not happy with this washer. Disappointed with installation also.

I have killed almost every brand of washing machine. Samsung top loader is immortal, meaning the only one I have not been able to kill.

So far so good. It washes well. The first one I received had a glitch, it would not wash on certain cycles but the replacement seems to be doing very well. I would recommend the washer.

I like the options of the spin cycle (less or more.) I am 5”0 and I need a stool to reach the clothes so the washer is deep. Clothes are perfectly washed.

Water levels I have noticed vary where sometimes it will cover the clothing, other times not. But when it doesn't, I just press the manual add water button and we are good to go.

Very nice washer. Instructions were a bit confusing (for a first time user of a modern washer) but overall a very nice machine.

Nice. Read the USER Manual and underline/highlight as helpfull. This Samsumg Washer is efficient saving water and use of PODS. Just follow the PODS guide and let the Samsumg do the work

So far, Best washer I've owned in 5years, this is the third one in the five years. The others, front loaders, shake way to much.

So far so good. Definitely a state of the art washing machine. Clothes are coming out clean and super fresh. The only negative would be the extremely long washing times.

Love this machine! It holds an enormous amount of clothes! My laundry day has been cut in half! Also the settings & the fact that I can control it from my phone is so convenient!

I have 2 kids who love getting dirty. Comes in handy. The Wi-Fi stuff is a bunch of nonsense but that’s just me.
