In early November, I went to Best Buy in Brentwood to buy a washer and dryer set. The salesperson recommended the Samsung for it's easy use, positive customer reviews and sleek appearance. After the installer connected the washer, he tried to do a test run we saw that the panel wouldn't work and water would not come into the washer. The installer told me to call Geek Squad and they would send someone out later that week to fix it. When the technician arrived, he, too, couldn't get the washing machine to work and would send out another person who could come in January to replace it. I told them that was unacceptable given that I was paying for something that I couldn't use for two months. After going back and forth with Geek Squad (that resulted in them hanging up on me), I went to the Best Buy store and Ben (the manager) took very good care of me and provided excellent customer service. I went to another appliance store and after telling them my horror story, they were shocked that someone would even recommend this product to me. They said that this product is one that is returned often and wasn't as great as Samsung promoted it to be.

Nicest washer I have ever dealt with. I'm puzzle about the noise it makes when washing large loads. Will need to check. other than that, it's smooth.

Washer works great. took a long time for Bestbuy to sort out the delivery and installation but very happy with the machine.

I purchased this and a matching dryer this past January. I have used this quite a few times (don’t have a lot of laundry) but noticed that the spin mode does not work well—I get the U6 code. First I thought it’s because I overloaded, then started washing less load. Still the same issue. Contacting Samsung today to see if it is broken. I had the old stacking w/d before and newer had any issues but this “smart” one is filled with this issue.

Its seems a lot different then regular agitator it takes very little water. Seems to clean very well.

Wonder washer! We bought the matching set and have had for about a month now! We love the set and they are so beautiful.

I love this machine. I love the color and the capacity of the tub. I can wash larger loads, and set the cycles to my wash needs.

I love how it has a stainless steel drum easy to keep clean and also have a clean cycle . Which saves time

If I had other choices I've would have went with another manufacturer. They make them to high tech and don't clean clothes well

This machine has all the bells and whistles I could hope for other than someone else doing my laundry. I like it.

Excellent price I paid for this money saving I purchased open box and its still next maybe a scratch on the side but still works like a charm

So far so good. Does what it intends to do. Had this Samsung washer for all most year. Couldn’t be more happier.

Would be 5 stars but doesn't adjust water level to amount in it and takes longer than most to wash a load. Does a great washing.

Excellent washer ! Easy to use ! Bowl is HUGE - it does twice the amount of laundry that my old washer used !

bought in February, now not working. The settings are difficult to change and wont store for later once changed. been waiting 3 days for samsung to call with a time service will come out. Time to call Best Buy thank goodness I got the extended warranty. this is ridiculous. Washer breaking after 6 months!

Tons of features. Haven't used a smart feature yet but it has it. I've used a quick wash deep wash and many others with no issues.

Only had it a month but have done multiple loads. Enjoying it. Run time is a bit longer than we’d like though even in the quick cycle.

The washer was easy to setup and I like the washer features it has compared to my old washer. I got this on sale during black friday.
