    Not durable and hard to get parts

    System control board went out in barely 7 months after iniitial purchase. in February. Couldn’t get parts from Samsung. Thank goodness I had a maintenance contract. Took nearly a month but Best Buy teplaced the machine. You have to reset a lot of the selections and the tub is really deep. Great for large loads and bedding but if you are short you have to really lean over to grab a sock at the bottom. Would not buy again.

    dryer does not wash clothes efficiently and clothes sometimes seems dry after cycle. Capacity is great, fits a King comforter!

      Dry spots are usual if you overload the washer or if the item being washed is so large and bulky (like an overstuffed comforter) that it cannot tumble thoroughly. To wash an item like that, you must take it out, shift it around, and put it back in for another wash cycle.

    Nice look but needs better agitator

    I love how it looks but very beautiful and big but the agitator hardly moves the clothes around. I mean my clothes gets washed but just because it's being soaked in soap and water then spun.

    I loved this washing machine.....until this "smart washer" needed an update and had malware isses. Then samsung was NOT prepared to fix all the problems and doesn't want to stand behind their product! Lucky for me I'm a total tech member and was taken care of!! Thanks Best Buy!

    Great First 2 weeks before it stopped working

    Worked great the first 2 weeks. Then had a PBA communication error and couldn't do anything. Luckily we got the Geek Squad protection. If you really want this, spend the extra money to get the protection plan and probably stay away if it's not easy to go without a washer for a week. Not sure if it was due to being over a weekend, but the customer service sent you in a few circles before being able to set up an appointment.

    This washer is horrible. I purchased it in January 2022, and 4 weeks ago the motor froze up. The tech, who has been great, has been trying to get the parts for the past 2 weeks to no avail. I talked to the store manager, and he was no help at all. So I have been without a washer for 4 weeks and still waiting for the poor tech to find the parts.

    I am very displeased with this wsashing machine. After it arrived to my home I realized within the 1st 2 days that I was not fond of it at all. All the customizations that it has makes it hard to simply wash your clothes, being that certain options arent available with certain cycles. I told myself to keep it, play with it for a while so I'd get used to it. While doing so, I also noticed that it doesn"t clean my clothes well. It left clothes with stains, as well as deoderant caked up on the shirt due to being wet but washer not powerful enough to remove it. If I could return it, it would most definately be going back to the store. Thats alot of money to pay for something that just looks nice and can" get the job done

    DO NOT BUY! This washer was delivered 8/29/22. With only light use, it is now inoperable on 8/26/22. Bestbuy will not take it back. I'm stuck with a complete piece of junk that I assume will break every month now. Please buy something else. And don't buy from Bestbuy. They do not back up their products at all.

      Your washing machine may shake, move, and make noise while spinning. This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine. If you just got your front load washer but didn't remove the shipping bolts, then it will shake a lot. Please check this guide for troubleshooting steps.

      Whether the washer tub is not spinning, kind of spinning, won't stop spinning, has an unbalanced load error, or just runs way too long, the troubleshooting is the same.
