    HORRIBLE!!!! I had this for one day ! Did 3 loads of laundry and then the motor went out! Brand new and the motor goes out?! So frustrating! Now I have to take the time to find a better one and take the time out of my crazy schedule for an exchange.

    Bought the item open box on December 24th 2021 and brought it home the same day. Today we are January 14 and I still haven’t been able to use it. It was suppose to be inspected by geek squad and they missed the lock on the door. We were originally quoted 1 week to repair the appliance.

    Spent alot of money on this washer/dryer set. Used the washer 3 times and then the tub went off balance and would not work anymore. Very disappointed! Still waiting for a replacement. Thinking I should just return set for refund and take my money elsewhere.

    Nice washer. Bought in April 2022 and in Aug 2022 had a part failure (Error Code AC6) Still waiting for Sumsung to address.

    Best Buy - First Stop Shopping for Appliances

    Thank you Best Buy. You will be my first and hopefully only stop for appliances in the future. You had the lowest price for the washer, lowest price for installation and haul away and delivered at MY convenience without a three week wait! And the washer is great too! No need to determine whether the load is small, medium and large. The washer assesses the load size and calculates the wash time accordingly. Different settings for fabric/clothing types, water temp., pre soak, spin cycle, etc. Just a note to anyone considering this washer, wash time is longer due to the type of agitator. But I feel the clothes have come out cleaner.

    The washer fills up based on weight. So if you want water in your washer don’t purchase this one. It is junk.

    Moved into a new built house in April. Had GE Washer/Dryer delivered. Washer only lasted 5 months and they could not fix. We have the Samsung family hub fridge in the new house (had it in the old house and loved it) and the range the contractor put in the new house was Samsung. Took a chance on this washer. WOW, that doesn't cover how amazing this washer is. Clean aesthetics, integrates with our other products via WIFI and is so quiet. I used to think that towels in the spin cycle were supposed to be of balanced now and then. Not with this machine. It will spin and stop several times in the beginning to center and balance, and believe that there is some counter weight engineering that changes on the fly. It has the pre soak nozzle under the lid, that is great for those of us that didn't get a sink in the laundry room. Clothes come out super dry, don't need much from the dryer. Unfortunately, we could not get the dryer from BB (back-ordered) so we ordered from Home Depot. Hopefully they will be as GREAT as BB has been. So far in this new home, BB has delivered and set up Samsung TV, Fridge, Dishwasher, and now Washer. When laundry is done, I get a message (optional) on the Samsung TV, Fridge, and my new Ipad. Love the tech.

    I just purchased a washing machine (different name brand) 3 years ago without an agitator and it did not get our clothes clean-at all. This Samsung, so far, is doing a great job! Very quiet and very little vibration when running. It is not quite as big as my previous machining machine, but I will take smaller for cleaner clothes any day.
