Great product and I diffently recommend to friends . Oh did I say the price is great also.

Not much to say, it cleans my chonies well. It’s got eleventeen hundred settings, it really only needs 3. Buying from bestbuy.com and picking it up at the store was easy as pie. The two employees that loaded it were quick and efficient. I unloaded and installed it myself. The wife and the girlfriend both prefer this over hand washing. They say it’s a nice upgrade. Careful, broads. Don’t make me test Best Buy’s return policy.

I just had this washer delivered, and it only took two loads on the first day to impress me. Compared to my old washer, this one is smooth, quiet, and no leaks. I like all the settings and look forward to using it for many years to come.

Works great, definitely gets the clothes cleaning then the machines without the agitator. I love the slow close lid.

It is a good washer and performed well in my belief, but being a top loader the drum is so deep my girlfriend had a hard time reaching the bottom to get clothing out so we had to return it and get a front loader. Also as these washers become ever so much more water saving efficient some of the settings won't let you adjust the water level which i found annoying. Otherwise I liked it.

After having to call Samsung for a warranty repair after 1 day of use... it works great. Although this was not my first option. The previous Samsung washer i purchased i had to cancel since it was backordered for over 4 months. I was not aware that there was such a huge delay. I had to spend almost 200 more to get a different washer.

I like both the washer and dryer I wish they had a better way to catch sediment just don’t like having to unscrew the hose

Best buy will not tell you this ahead of time. I purchaesd one and after only 9 days i had an issue. When i called samsung the customer service rep told me that thus model was part of a recall.

We are loving our new washer. My clothes smell cleaner than they ever have.

Washes clothes as it was intended too. Very happy with it.

Problem after problem. Didn’t fill with enough water to cover clothes. Samsung was useless in advising what could cause this or advise how high water levels should be for various cycles. Then it would leak underneath so machine had to be replaced. The 2nd machine, again brand new, didn’t work at all.

I was warned not to buy Samsung Appliances. I didnt listen…. So i learned the hard way. Very pretty set (washer and dryer) and made all sorts of cool noises. I think that is ultimately what drew me to purchase these. I first noticed that for a brand new washer i didnt feel like the cloths were any fresher or cleaner feeling/seeming than the 13 yr old GE set I replaced. Since this was an agitator free washer maybe that is? Well these were delivered on May 4th and broke on may 14th. Geek squad came on the 18th to repair and said the motor burnt out. Ok, lesson learned on why so many people including employees said DO NOT buy samsung appliances. 4 days later our NEW MAYTAG set was delivered and installed. Works amazing! Should have gone this route from the beginning.
