Broke in less than 10 Days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was warned not to buy Samsung Appliances. I didnt listen…. So i learned the hard way. Very pretty set (washer and dryer) and made all sorts of cool noises. I think that is ultimately what drew me to purchase these. I first noticed that for a brand new washer i didnt feel like the cloths were any fresher or cleaner feeling/seeming than the 13 yr old GE set I replaced. Since this was an agitator free washer maybe that is? Well these were delivered on May 4th and broke on may 14th. Geek squad came on the 18th to repair and said the motor burnt out. Ok, lesson learned on why so many people including employees said DO NOT buy samsung appliances. 4 days later our NEW MAYTAG set was delivered and installed. Works amazing! Should have gone this route from the beginning.

These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away. If you want your clothes to be washed and clean I give it a zero. The water level is very low your clothes don’t even get all the way wet. I would not recommend this product.

The disaster washer and dryer ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As soon as we got it delivery we used, is not recommended, we got rid off the next day, the clothe from the washer it was complete sock with water, the dryer was liking water as soon as the dryer started work, is the one of the worst washer and dryer we ever buy :(

I have yet to receive this machine after 6 months of trying to get a washer an dryer through Best Buy. They are a hot mess.
