Good, sturdy; easy to work. Its pretty deep so if you're short you might need a stepping stool.

However, it runs a long time if you choose any of the default settings. Kinda annoying that it’s so deep that I have to use a step stool or get my husband to remove the clothes. There is a cool tone when the washer is done. You can connect your cellphone to it, which is a nice addition.

Exceptional Machine

Our only disappointment is it didn't include the hoses for installation. Every machine I've ever purchased was a single purchase but I did need to go out and purchase the hoses to finish the installation myself
