It would be nice to have a clearer view of the inside thru the lid so I would know what's going on inside, still better than a solid lid. And I wish the speed wash was faster for 3 or 4 items like 20 minutes. I like it because it's big and multiple settings help alot to get the wash the way I want.

What a difference from my Kenmore which was only 8 years old. My Samsung washer has no agitator piece in the middle and to my surprise how great it works. I highly recommend this Samsung 5.2 washer to anyone who needs to buy a new washer.

My clothes smells nice and clean and I can control washer settings from my phone. The only thing would be that it takes longer to finish a load than my old washer but it alao has a quickwash setting so its not a problem. Overall good washer!

Install was a breeze and its made doing laundry far easier while being faster and more efficient. Cleaning the machine is impressively easy, especially when using an Active cleaning tablets regularly to maintain. Highly recommended especially for the cost.

Being a long time samsung fan I am really enjoying all of the features packed into this. I love how spacious it is and how fast it washes my clothes. It also comes with a self cleaning feature which I never expected but greatly appreciate.
